Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, Congress and the President approved a law which says all wild horses over ten years old shall -- not may -- be sold to the highest bidder for any purpose, including slaughter for pet food, or human consumption. This applies to all "unadoptable" horses which haven't found homes after three tries. But you can help stop this law.

1: Write a letter telling how you feel about the new law which makes it legal to sell wild horses for any purpose, including slaughter.
2: Put your letter in an envelope (feel free to decorate the back with horses and hearts!)

4: Put a stamp on the envelope and mail it.
