Documentation of the Development Process

Thank you for visiting our website. The purpose of our website is to clearly display our repair skills with collision vehicles and easy ways to contact us to schedule your car for repairs. I added a photo gallery to display before and after photos of cars we repaired and a contact page that clearly shows our dress on a map and displays phone numbers and our email so you can contact us at your convenience.

Defense of the Final Product

I chose to design the website the way I did to make it known what exactly we do. As soon as you land on our site you see that we are a collision repair shop and that we accept insurances. For all the website pages I kept the red, white, and blue theme with the same header and banner and changes the body content to go with the specific page. Each page has its own unique content. I made sure every page had the navigation menu easily visible in the same location so that navigating the website was easy and familiar.

Opportunities for Improvement and Growth

Some additions I’d like to do to this website in the future would be Facebook and twitter integrations, a better photo gallery, and a formal contact form. If I had more time and resources I like to add a scrolling banner on the homepage. The scrolling banner would add a more professional look to the website and would get more content in front of the visitor.
