I have attached my resume for your review, and as it shows, I have several years of experience working in a support desk environment, providing a high level of customer support for 500 end users and several contact centers in the eastern and Midwest United States.  That department was fully responsible for providing front-line support for the company's systems, business applications, and network infrastructure. MS Windows is the predominant workstation and application server platform, so I have a lot of experience using and supporting Windows operating systems, programs, and applications.  In addition to those skills, in my role as Network Administrator, I was responsible for backup solutions, and network software and hardware upgrades. As the company has grown and replaced systems over time, I have had many opportunities to work with and implement different technology so have a solid foundation of technical skills and experience, acquired through on-the-job and self-training. Currently, I am studying for both the A+ and Network+ certification exams in order to build upon my knowledge of computer technology and business networking.
