In Standards I have Black Australorps, Ameraucanas(Spring 2009), and SQ Blue Phase Cochins.

I also have a flock of layers that includes EEs, Ameraucanas, Barred Rocks, Welsummers, a SL Wyandottes, Light Brahmas, a White Langshan, and Buff Orpingtons.

Ameraucanas

Spring 2010

I will have a Black Rooster
and a Blue Rooster.

With these will be
a Splash hen,
3-4 Blue Hens,
and 2-3 Black Hens.

I have a few to choose
from and will be culling
for type before Spring.

Blue/Black Cochins

These are Very nice Quality Cochins.
My Black Roo is with a 3 Black Hens,
2 Splash Hens, and 2 Blue Hen.

The Eggs from the Blue Hen will result
in 50% Blue and 50% Black Chicks.

The Eggs from the Splash Hens will
result in 100% Blue Chicks.

The Eggs from the Black Hens will
result in 100% Black Chicks.







I also keep 20 or so hens in a Laying Flock.
These are for fresh eggs and kept as pets.
