Originally from Oregon and after a career in the Air Force Mike ended up settling down in the St. Louis area. About seven years ago he decided it was time to really start learning the art of photography and design. Between work, family, and finishing up his BA in Graphic Design Mike spends what little free time he has out exploring the area with his camera. Fascinated with nature, the man-made world and the interaction between them the St. Louis area offers the perfect opportunity to capture this in action. Believing there is beauty in everything, even decay he strives to document and share the stories of life going on around us with photos and design.

Mike is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. He holds an Associates Degree in Logistics and Business Management. He is six credits away from his Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a multiple juried winner in photography and is active in many photography clubs and groups in the St. Louis region. Mike is skilled in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
