Josh put his hands down on her car door and said "What I don't get a kiss?"
Shawnie looked at him and said "Josh not now! I really have to get going."
He looked at her and said "Okay I think I will just wait here for you to come back if that is fine with you."
"Yeah whatever. I don't care. I really have to go." she said as she put the car in to drive.
She didn't look back in her rearview mirror as she drove away.   Josh watched her drive away and went back into the house to find Skeet. He found him in the den with Drea. Josh looked at them and said "Hey man can I talk to you for a second?"
"Sure what is up?" Skeet said
"Alone." he said.
Skeet got up and followed him to the kitchen.
"Who was on the phone that you took the message for Shawnie?" Josh asked.
"I don't know who it was. He just gave me a phone number. Why?' Skeet said.
"No reason I was just wandering. Shawnie left really fast and I was just wandering." Josh said.
"Okay." Skeet said and walked back to the den.
Josh followed him and sat down on the couch.

Shawnie grabbed her phone and call the number on the paper. They picked up on the first ring.
"What the hell do you want?" she said to them.
"Why now after three years?" she yelled.
"Okay I will meet you. I will pick the place not you." she said
"Meet me at the pool hall. I will be in the back." she said
Shawnie hung up her phone and pulled into the pool hall parking lot.   She grabbed all of her thing and shoved them in her purse. When she walked into the hall there was two groups of people playing pool. They stopped and looked at her, but then went back to their game. She walked over to the bar and ordered a bottle of water. She sat down and said "Have you been busy today Max?'
"Yeah, the kiddies are bored today. What brings you here by yourself?" he asked her.
"I have to meet someone. I am going to be in the back can you keep an eye on me please." she asked him.
"Sure thing pumpkin." he said to her as he handed her bottle water.
Shawnie thanked him and went to the back of the pool hall. She sat down at a table so she was in plain sight of Max. She took a huge drink of her water and sat it down on the table. Her phone started to ring. She pulled it out of her purse and say that it was Josh. She answered it by saying "What Josh?"
"No I will be fine. I will be there shortly." she said and then hung up her phone.
As she put her phone back in her purse she heard someone walk up to her table. She looked up and said "What the hell are you doing?'
"Nothing I just wanted to see you. Is that a crime?" he said to her.
"Yes it is. What do you want?" she asked.
"Why are you being such a bitch?" he asked her.
"Geez I don't know Nate you tell me. I hoped that I would never see you again for the rest of my life." she said to him in a snoty tone.
"Such hostility coming from such a little girl." he said to her.
"Nate, what do you want?" she asked him.
"I just got back into town and wanted to see you again. I just wanted to touch base again." he said.
"Well you seen me and now I am leaving." she said as she started to get up.
He grabbed her arm and said "No you will sit here and we are going to talk."
"Get your hands off of me right now Nate or you will be sorry." she said to him.
"Fine, but please just stay and talk. I am not going to hurt you." he said to her.
"Yeah that is what you said the last time I talk to you." she said.
"I have never hurt you. Why would you say that?" he asked.
"What you have got to be kidding me? You raped me Nate. I told I didn't want to but you forced me to have sex with you. I call that hurting me." she said starring him in the eye.
He looked away and said "You wanted it."
She slapped him so hard that it stung her hand. He looked back at her with this evil look and said "Would you like to try that again?"
Shawnie never backed down from him. She looked him in the eyes and said "I would love to hit you again, but I will not do it with my fist I will do it with the police. How would you like that one?"
"Now why would you do that? I haven't done anything to you. I didn't rape you." Nate said with a smirk on his face.
"I can't believe that you just said that. How could you say that you didn't rape me. We were on a a date and you date raped me." Shawnie said with the straightest face anyone could ever have.
Nate started laughing and said "If I raped you then why didn't call the cops on me."
"The reason for that is because my parents got killed the week after it happened and I wanted to forget about it. So what you go and do is call me up and act like nothing has even happened. It took me a long time to get over it and now you have brought back all of the memories rushing back at full force." she said with tears in her eyes.
Nate looked her in the eyes and said "Then why did you agree to meet me then? If you want to forget me so bad, why see me at all?"
"Because you would have came out to my house and that would not be a pretty sight. My boyfriend wants to kill you, but he doesn't know who you are. I want to see you so I could tell you what I really think of you to your face." she said to him.
"Oh you have a boyfriend. Do I know him?" he asked
"No you don't and you never will. Stay away from me and we will all be happy." she threated him.
"Well sorry sweetie that is not going to happen because I am back here for the school year. I just wanted you to know that. I will never be out of your life." he threated her back.
"Oh you will stay away from me, because you really don't want my boyfriend and Skeet after you. They will kill you and I would love to be there to watch." she said to him.
Nate started laughing.
"This isn't funny Nate. If you don't stay away from me and leave now I will turn you in and have you arrested for rape, and that is not a threat that is a promise." she said with her finger in his face.
She stood up and started to leave when he grabbed her arm and pushed her back into the chair. She landed hard. She looked at him with fire in her eyes and said "Don't ever do that again."
"Shut up and listen to me. I will not leave just because you said so. The world doesn't not revolve around your sweet ass Shawnie. I am here to stay if you don't like it well you are going have to get over it. I am going to be your worst nightmare. And for the police is conserned they will not do anything to me because it has been to long.   They can't prove anything now. It is your word against mine."
Shawnie starred at him and said "Would you like to find out? I do have proof."
"I don't believe you. You are bluffing." he said to her.
"Well I guess you are just going have to wait and see now aren't you." she said with a smile on her face.
Nate just glared at her.
"You see Nate two can play this game and I never lose as you should know by now."   she said to him.
