This is the earliest Membership and activities report in the clubs records. There are few records for the first 5 years (1930-1935). Our records were kept by and passed on to the secretary in office. By doing this, much interesting Club history was lost over the past 70 years.

- Held regional meeting on Sept. 25 at Heaps Motor LW-Hall. There were 196 guests and 41 members present. Ben Ruffin from Richmond was the speaker, and gave a very inspiring talk on (Americanism of today).

- Major Activities Committee are working to secure WPA assistance in improving side walks in Delta and Fawn Grove.
- Held Ladies Night Oct. 28th Warren Jones of Hanover was the speaker.

- Sponsored Meeting for Delta P.T.A.
- Held meeting with business men of our community to let them know what our club is trying to do, that will be a direct commercial benifit to them. Mainly, to secure an industry for our community that will employ about 50 people.

Dec.
- Donated $20.00 for Christmas baskets.
- Called a meeting with home owners of Delta, and the Delta Councilmen. The idea of the meeting was to secure WPA aid for side walk improvement.
- Sponsered community Christmas tree.
- Recieved $35.00 net for our chairty fund by raffling off electrical merchandise.

- Donated $25.00 to a family that had a serious sledding accident.
- Collected $21.00 and turned it over to American Red Cross.

Feb.
- Joined with all service clubs of Harford County in supporting a youth movement. The purpose of which it is to form meeting places in the principle communities for young men between the ages of 16 & 21.
- Seven cases of children reported to be in need of glasses, are being investigated.
- Motion was made to send 2 members to national convention.

- Had eyes examined and bought glasses for one person.
- The death of Lion Dr. H. S. Allen caused great sorrow.
Resolutions of respect was adopted, and a copy forwarded to his wife.
- The boys & girls committee report progress with their plan to build a meeting place for the scouts & Campfire Girls.
- A donation of $50.00 was made to the American Red Cross flood relief fund.
- Held Ladies Night on Mar. 23rd.

- Aurthorized conservation of sight committee to have four other persons eyes examined.
- Aurthorized committee to spend up to $15.00 for medicine for family of incurables.

- The committee working on a case of incurable children, secured a contribution from the York County Pon Board of approx. $40.00 for a three month supply of medicine.

- Held Ladies Night at Pine Grove Church and invited Boy Scouts. The speaker was a G-Man from Phila.
