PREAMBLE

  Bound to structure a stable organization 
    that shall suit all existing in this institution,
  do promote the common good, and foster blessings of democracy,
 peace, justice and equality, cooperation through correlative brotherhood.
 We the members of the campus club Organization do hereby promulgate this
        constitution and by-laws.
