The Maryland Leadership Conference

The Maryland Leadership Conference (MLC) is one of the oldest and most popular leadership programs at Maryland. Join your peers for a weekend retreat away from campus and learn more about yourself, working with others, and creating change. There will be large group seminars, small group discussions, and plenty of hand-on activities. MLC also includes an outdoor leadership experience that will keep you asking for more.

The Emerging Leaders Conference

The Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC) is a one-day conference for students who are ready to take their leadership to the next level. ELC features interactive workshops, networking with other student leaders, and an opportunity for you to set goals for your future involvements at Maryland.
