We are a team of seasoned professionals with hands-on experience at

designing,

drafting, fabricating and installing sheet metal ductwork & HVAC

piping. We use

AutoCAD and Cadpipe to draw ductwork & piping shop drawings

to specifications. When

needed, we also make manual corrections to

Coordination Drawings.

Since 1990, we worked on many different new and renovation projects such as:

Hi Rise

Apartment Buildings, Hospitals, Retail Stores, Office Buildings, Hotels

and Schools, Court

Houses, etc.,

Usually our shop drawings are returned from A&E marked Approved As

Noted(AAN) after

the first submission - unless there are design changes. We

resolve most of the conflicts

and place flags for A&E's review and approval,

thus speeding up the project progress.

We accept renovation and new project work located in the New York City

Metropolitan

area.

We use AutoCAD and CADpipe software to draw accurate shop drawings that

are ready

for fabrication even from the first submittal.

We attend field coordination meetings as required, and coordinate our shop

drawings

with other trades to solve any conflicts and potential installation

problems before

fabrication. .
