We have had a wonderful day playing Haydn and Mozart string quartets and a read through Puccinni's Crysanthymums.  No composition for 3 days now and I am going away at the weekend. I enjoyed some of the British music I heard a little bit more today and yesterday. I thought Ponce's violin concerto was worth an outing, especially as I only like most people, know the guitar music.

Maybe I will get something done soon. Musing on how difficult it is to do any useful science either with pencil and paper or massive computers  without putting in loads of effort...........
