If you need to get a hold of addresses frequently for the referring physicians you are doing letters to for your doctors, try finding "FIND A DOCTOR" links to local hospitals and large health care companies in your area. These usually allow you to find doctors with even as little as only a first letter of the last name and/or first name.
For Instance, if you are in the Philly Area, try: Blue Cross Blue Shield, then select Personal Choice University of Pennsylvania Health System Temple University
And if you are in the South Florida area, try: Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Florida North Broward Hospital District
