 You may cancel or alter your order at any point during the online ordering process. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel nor alter it. This is due to the large volume of orders taken and process on a daily basis. Our goal of providing a fast turnaround time does not allow us to flag a particular order for alteration.
Orders with personalized engraving cannot be cancelled at any time. Once a personalized order has been placed, we send it for processing immediately. We cannot be responsible for any customer submitted misspellings or omissions. Product to be engraved will use the information exactly as submitted.
