Noter il na pas d' accent sur les clavier de Chine. Salut tout le monde voici quelques nouvelles de notre aventure en Chine. Le voyage en avion a bien �t� meme si il a �t� tres long. La 2iem nuit nous avons dormi dans une hotel au centre-ville de Shanghai. Nous sommes allez visiter la Main, tr�s depaysant surtout apres 24 heures sans sommeil. Le jour 3 nous sommes partis a 6hrs de l'hotel pour prendre notre vol en direction de Guangzhou . Nous avons du attendre presque 6 heures notre prochain vol pour Nanning.et pas endroit pour sassoir. Arriver a l'hotel � Nanning a 7 hrs. Les bebes sont attendue pour 8hrs. Le stress et l'anxiete �taient au max.Ce fut surement l'heures et quart la plus longue de notre vie. Lorsque les b�b�s sont arriv�s nous attendions dans le lobby. Tout les parents essayant de reconnaitre leur fille parmi les onze b�b�s. Les petites nous ont ete remis dans l'entree des ascenseurs au 6iem �tages, Nous avons �t� les deuxiemes appeles pour recevoir notre petite Myandra, Nous lavions deja reconnue dans le lobby. Elle n'a pas changee depuis les 3 mois que date notre photo. Elle est toute menue une vrai poupee chinoise. La nou nou la remis dans les bras de Marlene en premiere le transfert a ete assez facile. Nous avons passez une bonne nuit et Myandra a fait une bonne nuit. Le lendemain nous avons passes chez le notaire et a l'�tat civil chinois. Maintenant nous sommes parent en Chine. Myandra est beaucoup insecure et elle demande a etre prise dans nos bras constatement lorsque quelle est �veilles. Elle boit seulement du lait et nos tentatives ont �chou�s pour la faire manger de solide. Aujourd'hui nous avons visit� un tr�s beau parc a Nanning ce soir nous allons souper en ville et magasiner. Notre voyage se deroule a merveille malgr� notre fatigue. Nous vous donnerons des nouvelles dans les les prochaine 3 ou 4 jour a la prochain Un Papa et une Maman heureux Notez: pas le temps corriger les fautes |
| Hello it's us again!!! (Wendnesday 27th March, 2002) Well things are going great. Last night our sweetie slept all night except for some little cries about every hour but it stops within a few seconds and she is quiet again. Today she gave us a beautiful gift, we went to visit really big underground caves about an hour drive from Nanning. While in the caves our daughter who had not cracked a had smiled once, laughed out loud when I tickled her. Well Mommy had tears in her eyes and Daddy too. I think she has adopted us now. She is still insecure and always looks to make sure we are still there. As for putting her to bed we found the trick. We put blankets around her little crib so she can't see us and it changed everything. We put her down and she is asleep within seconds. We still have trouble with the diaper change, she don't like it one bit, but time will make that better. She loves her bath and her favorite toy is the plastic photo ablum, she loves looking at the pictures. Believe or not she was looking at the picture of Mamie and Papie Cournoyer and would not let us change the page. I am sure she recognized her grandfather. Our Hotel is great and the service is wonderful. The ride to the caves was amazing, the mountaines, the people. You would not believe the intersections here it is the crossing of an organised mess, I'll explain another time. Thats it for now Marlene and Mario and Myandra Having a good time |
| Hello again!!! Friday 29th March 2002 3pm (It is friday 2am your time) Well this is our last day in Nanning tomorrow we fly to Beijing or P�kin as others call it. Everything is going wonderful, our baby girl has made giant steps in the last few days. She is a delight to her Mommy and Daddy. She is now perfectly comfortable with both of us, a little more with me , but don't rub it in Mario's face. She is now eating cereal, carrots and babanas, we are going to fatten up this tiny little girl. She sleeps her entire nights, actually ,we wake her up in the morning to get ready, because we miss her. She now sits up by herself, crawls, makes all kinds of noises. She pulls on her mommys shirt, showing everyone her bra. She loves her bath. She is wonderful on outings looking at everything. Yesterday Dad had her all to himself because mommy was flat on her back with the torista. Lots of trips to the bathroom had left me too weak to even hold my baby girl. But I am fine now, just being a little more careful. We will give you more news once we get to Beijing. We are having a great time, but starting to look foward to the conforts of home, like a washing machine and dryer, you know what I mean aye Julie. Love Marlene, Mario, and Myandra XX? |
