| Dear God, | |||||||||
| God, I know you're out there somewhere, can you spare a moment or two? Please listen to my request I would like to ask of you. I know you are busy so I won't take up to much time, Lord, please cure this mother-in-law of mine. She was a 3 year old child when Polio first found her, Now she's 50, it's back and determined to destroy her. Her belief in you is strong, she knows the power to heal is in your touch, She always gave more than what she could and she never asked for much. She has a heart of gold, the list can go on and on, Lord, for someone so special to be so sick, is just plain wrong. They say a miracle is the only thing that will cure this disease, You're the only one who can do it, so I'm asking you, "Please?" God please lay your hands on her and make the Polio be no more, Then we all can sit back and smile as we watch her dance across the floor. 1-19-97 Dedicated to Wanda Sadler |
