Hey all, Its the end of January almost, hard to believe its already gone, seems like it just started. Weight loss is still going really well. I can't believe how good I feel about myself. I'm still experiencing some dumping, but its not like it was. I just have to remember not to eat fried foods. I'm putting up a picture we took on January 1, Its the most recent family pic. Hope to get more pics taken soon. I go in February to see Doctor Porheis. I think he'll be scheduling some plastic surgery done. I'm down to 290 now. I keep getting smaller and smaller. Its hard to believe that in 2001 I weighed 458 pounds!!! Everyone have a good January and I'll try and update in February after I go see the doctor in Greenville. |

Hey all wanted to let everyone know, I now weigh 282. I'm going back to Greenville on March 17 to find out the date of my tummy tuck. I can't wait. I took some before pics of my stomach and after the surgery and I heal up I'll do some after pics, but I'm not posting the before ones till I get the surgery done. I can't wait. I can't beleieve how well the weight loss is going and how skinny I'm getting. It doesn't seem possible. Sometimes I look at myself and see the before me, not the me now, and sometimes I can see the me now. I hope that makes sense. This has been a really positive thing in my life and I recommend anyone that wants to really do this to please think about it and really look into it. I would do it again in a heart beat, but this surgery is just not for anyone. It is a life changing operation. Thanks for visiting and don't forget to sign my guest book on page one!!! |

Hey all sorry its been so long since I've updated. Work has kept me pretty busy. I also haven't had much news or much weightloss. I'm still about the same. I've been on a slump lately and its getting me discouraged, but not too bad anyway. I am still waiting on medicaid to approve my surgery for the skin removal and stuff. Will let you know when that goes through.
On another note, I wanted to say how proud I am of our troops that have gone to Iraq to fight. My brother is one of those and I hope the next time he reads this he knows just how proud I am that hes my brother and I hope he comes home safely and I can't wait to see him again. You won't know me the next time you see me!!! Everyone have a good Memorial Day weekend and we'll talk more later. |

Sorry its taken me so long to do an update everyone. I've been busy working and taking care of the kids.
Not much new news on this end. I've stayed pretty steady on my weight loss. I think I've lost maybe fifteen pounds since my last update. I think I'm going through a dry spell, but I'm not giving up anyway. I'm gonna keep at it.
I was turned down by meidicaid again for my plastic surgery. They're sayingits more cosmetic then medical. If they could only live with what I live with, they'd see its not just cosmetic either.
Thats about it for the update. My two year anniversary is coming up shortly, i'll try and make another journal entry then. I'm also gonna add some picturs today. Everyone have a good weekend. |
