a] Seller may consign as many items as they choose and list in up to 4 categories.
b] Our minimum listing period is three months. Seller may designate a preferred length of display within our TagSale, over and above the minimum.
c] Seller has the option of submitting a sample of their product for review purposes. Upon evaluation, Pe�alver TransOceanic will be become attuned to the items and will be able to offer reviews in a variety of promotion creatives to include - [but not limited to] newsletters, plus on and off-site promotions. All samples become the property of Pe�alver TransOceanic and are non-returnable. Sample submissions are not a requirement.
d] Pe�alver TransOceanic does not charge a setup or listing fee. We retain a 19% commission of the listed price on each item sold within our TagSale. The seller receives a full 81% of each item they sell.
e] Seller is responsible of their own applicable taxes for reporting purposes.
f] One photo [graphic] is allowed per product. Seller submits clear graphics to us via email [attachment] in either .gif or .jpg format only.
g] Our TagSale will promote seasonal sales and the seller may submit up to five items per month for our "on sale" promotions.
Ordering & Payment Process:
1] Our viewer orders your item.
2] We send you an email to inform you of the sale, plus all applicable buyer information.
3] You [the seller] fulfill the order.
4] Seller agrees to ship all orders within 3 days of order receipt.
5] On the 5th of each month, amounts collected for the previous month will be calculated and seller's total sales, minus Pe�alver TransOceanic's 19% commission will be mailed to you - the seller. **Please note - commission is calculated on your "list price".
5a] If sellers list price includes shipping and handling, commission is calculated on this total. Seller has the option to submit a breakdown of shipping amounts for display with their item and if this option is used, the commission is calculated on the item price only, not to include the shipping fees.
6] An itemized report will accompany each monthly payment [to seller] displaying: 1] date of sale 2] buyer's name 3] items sold.
General Information:
a] If seller ships out of the USA, pricing and shipping prices must be submitted accordingly.
b] Any and all customer complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate seller. Corrections and problems must be handled in a prompt manner by the seller.
c] Seller is obligated to process all orders, for items they have listed, except in the case where an item is no longer available. If an item is backlogged, it is the sellers responsibility to contact the buyer to advise a delay in shipping.
d] If a seller is temporarily unable to fill orders, it is their responsibility to inform Pe�alver TransOceanic for placement of this message: "This item is temporarily unavailable". Seller agrees to advise us the earliest fulfillment date of an out of stock item.
e] If seller is listing food products, seller agrees not to ship customer merchandise dated beyond the expiration date.

f] Pe�alver TransOceanic reserves the right to terminate a seller, if repeated customer complaints are logged. Prior to termination, we will contact the seller to try and work out any issues that may me contributing to negative customer satisfaction levels.
g] Prohibited Items may include: Any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statue, ordinance or regulation.
h] Our TagSale environment will thrive when buyers and sellers know they can rely on their agreed upon transactions. Once a buyer has ordered and paid for an item, it is the responsibility of the seller to fulfill the order.

Legal Stuff:
a] Seller agrees to hold Pe�alver TransOceanic harmless for any dispute arising between the buyer and the seller.
b] Seller's information and the products listed within Pe�alver TransOceanic 's TagSale:
1] shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items
2] shall not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
3] shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing
4] shall not be obscene, nor violate any law, statue, ordinance or regulation
5] seller may not list on the Pe�alver TransOceanic site or sell through the Pe�alver TransOceanic site, any item that; by paying to us the consignment commission could cause Pe�alver TransOceanic to violate any applicable law, status, ordinance or regulation.
c] SPAM: is unsolicited, commercial email. Pe�alver TransOceanic and its users have a zero tolerance policy.
