This day,was held on 15 August 2001 at Wavre -Belgium.It gave the opportunity to JRT to entry the official Saint-Hubert pedigree.

It was organised by the JRT club with the assistance of the Royal terrier club of Belgium.

Three official Belgian judjes-Mrs M Van Brempt,Mrs L De Ridder and Mr Deschuimere-judjed the dogs,in according to the official FCI standard no 345 (25 octobre 2000).

Numerous dogs participated and the day was pleasant ,with lots of fun!

Here are the results:-222 dogs registered

-94 males 128 femaless

-10 Judjed as Parson russell>

-128 judjed as jack russells>

-37 judjed as variaties

-24 refused

-6 postponed

-17 absent

This is the first step in Belgian cynology,leading to the official recognition of the breed!

Similar days will be organised later on this year(in Greece, a "jack russell recognition day" was held in Athens in 6-7th October); dates will be announced on this site and in dog magazines.
