The Story of a Frog
by Yatsiri

Once upon a time lived a mysterious gooey frog called a Yatsiri Daney.  I was just a cute baby when I died.  Some little kid came in my room and wrecklessly turned the heater all the way to 154 degrees Fahrenheit, when it was only suppose to be at 70 degrees Fahrenheit.  I had faith that maybe I would not die, but it happened.  Soon I had a nasty scent.  Someone mysterious soon withdrew me out of my tank with a green little net.  I retraced my memory to remember who had done this to me.  Now I’m buried in the cemetery.

A Day as a Custodian
by Christina

It was a normal day as a custodian.  Kids running down the corridors, because they got cut from a team.  Yep, nothing challenging about this day.  After lunch got started, I saw a kid throw up on the floor.  I tried to get the smell away, but nothing worked.  When lunch was over for that grade no one would sit at that table.  It stunk so bad that I had to go get my breathing mask.  At the end of the day I remembered something.  My witty evil little mother gave me some jam.  It was my last hope.  I ran to the custodian closet and got the jam out of my coat.  I ran back.  I spread some on the spot where the kid threw up.  I waited a little.  Then I took it off.  It…it…it WORKED!  I yelled.  The next day it smelled so nice that every one wanted to sit there.    THE END!!

Butterscotch
by Dakota

Hi I’m Butterscotch.  I’m a lovely year old horse.  My lovely older sister lost our favorite blue ball in the pasture.  I keep on telling her to retrace her steps, but the anticipation is killing her.  I had faith in her but, mean while our owners were coming out in to the pasture.  They called us so I darted to my owner with fantastic love.

Then she tripped over something. She stood up and turned around.  Then suddenly her face spread with joy and happiness.  Suddenly she picked up her blue bouncey ball.  So our owners took it with us when we left.   We were so happy we found our bouncey ball. We played with it for hours, and hours.  We loved it.

Cemetary Walk
by Juan

One day I was walking slowly through the cemetery.  I turned around and a dog appeared.  I around and when the dog was not there.  I had faith that I would see it again but I did not know where it was.  So I retraced my steps.  I withdrew my watch so I would know what time it was, because I had to get home at 4:00.  I saw the dog.  I chased it.  I stopped and picked up a paper that was on the ground.  It said if you find this dog reward $100.  My friend and looked all over.  Finally we caught the dog.  I was happy to catch the dog.  The dog did not smell nice.

The Sea Turtle
by Neil

I’m a sea turtle who swims gracefully. Flipping and turning.  I have a scent that smells good.   I swam over to the green wavy seaweed.  The seaweed tasted great.  A few other turtles and I played in the seaweed.  Danger was near we didn’t see it.  I turned around and chump.  A turtle had got eaten.  The rest of us got away.  I new I could get away.  I looked back, it was like a cemetery with one turtle.

It was time to lay my eggs.  I went to the same place I was born.  I dug a hole and laid my eggs.  Then I covered them up went back in the water and died.  My baby’s almost all got eaten, except three, they lived.
