Do you work effectively under pressure?
Challenges are something that I live for whether it be for work, athletics, or school. Putting pressure on me will just cause me to be even more efficient.
How would you handled a difficult situation with a co-worker?
I work pretty good with people. However, if I were to be in a difficult situation with a co-worker, I would simply try to talk things out when it is the right time, meaning during hours that neither of us are working.
Were have you used creative in solving a problem?
Creativity is something that is key when it comes to something standing out. Anybody can complete a project by doing just the minimum. I have completed many tasks when it comes to bringing in that essential creativity characteristic.
Were you unable to complete a project on time?
I'm a very time oriented person. I like things to be done when they are supposed to be done. One thing that gets at me the most is when someone is late, or I am late, or something is turned in late. If I am giving a task, I will do whatever is necessary to get that project completed efficiently and on-time!
When have you persuaded team members to do things your way?
I have did this before when I worked with a football league back home in Cary, Nc. I disagreed with how the camp was being ran, and I persuaded my fellow coaches to do it another way , which would make it more fun for the kids. I thought that was the most important aspect.
