| Marc Overmars has seen the Champions League draw and he says its pretty tough. He says Liverpool will be the side that sticks out because of their clash last season. He says that out of the England teams they could have faced he would have preferred to face Manchester United or Arsenal. Although both sides are more successful than Liverpool at the moment they play more attacking football so he says they would have preferred them. |

| Marc Overmars is really looking forward to the England v Holland friendly on Wednesday.As far as this game against England goes, Marc Overmars says they need a good result because there is the big match against the Republic of Ireland coming soon. He's only sad that Tony Adams has retired from the international scene; he says he would have loved to have the chance to play against him. | Well, Marc Overmars was very flattered to see he was being linked with a move back to the Premiership and that Arsenal and Liverpool are supposedly leading the chase. The only thing is that it is absolutely untrue. he has no idea where this story has come from, he thinks they've just made it up. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
