About...
Hi everybody, my name is Marco, I was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the North-East of
Italy, where I still live.
My passion for funky music begins in the late 70's, listening to "Dance Music"
played by the "Chic" and the "Kool & the Gang".
In that period I buy my first bass guitar, an inimitation of the mythical
Fender Jazz Bass, that I keep for years.
Later, in the "New wave" era, in opposition to trends, I meet with jazz and
fusion, untill nowadays. In 1990 the Funky Rithm mealts into the Jazz armonies giving birth to the so called "Acid jazz" and to this gender I dedicate this page. Besides the bass guitar I play saxophone but, above all, with the new digital technologies, I dedicate most part of my time to composition.
