Marcco's Model Rocketry Notebook Welcome to my Model Rocketry Notebook. I was inspired to try Model Rocketry after viewing the movie October Sky. I also remember watching the model rockets flown at parks near my home when I was a kid and how very exciting I thought it was. I built a couple of rocket cars back then, but never a flying rocket kit. As an adult, I've discovered that it's an activity that I can enjoy with my nephews Lee & Paul and my other friends and their families. I enjoy assembling the kits as much as I enjoy seeing them fly. Mostly, I have worked with Estes kits. They are straight forward and easy to build. I’ve built one Quest kit and had it turn out great too. These pages will serve as an on-line notebook of the successes and failures of my flights. I hope you'll enjoy following along with me.
