Hello, my name is Marat. I was born in July 12, 1975 in Almeteyevsk. At age four my parents moved more than a thousand miles to the west from that place. The city called Nizhnevartovsk. I went to shcool no.12 at age 7 and ten years later graduated from it in 1992. Education system in Russia (that time Soviet Union) different from other countries and generally, elementary, secondary and high schools are under the same building and this is called secondary school. That year I entered State Academy of Oil and Gas by I.M.Gubkin in Moscow. In 1997 I graduated as resvoir engeneer from GANG (now it called RGU) and life forwarded me to the United States to continue my education school. I had to study english for six months at ELS language school. In 1998 I entered to business school at University of New Haven in Connecticut, where I graduated in January 2003 and then moved back to Moscow.
One of the favourite things I like to do is to study martial arts. There is a great school near the place I live and it is the best place I ever been in that area. Shcool called Villari's martial arts center. I also enjoy downhill skiing. I started just five years ago, but now it is difficult to imagine a winter without it. I like to play chess, make a pictures (you can find some of them on this site), and to travel. One of the most relaxing hobbies I enjoy is cooking.
My parents lives in Russia. If someone will ask me who is you hero? I'll answer - my parents.
I have a lot of friends. I consider that this makes me very happy. Life without friends would be empty and not interesting. Some of them are in Russia. Some are here. You can find some photos on gallery and on the links.
