Please observe the Pre-Reservation and Reservation procedures.

- Email Address
- Indicate whether undergraduate student or not

- Wait for my reply. Once you've received my further instructions, please move onto Reservation Procedures.
- NOTE: Please understand that not necessarily all of your requested pre-reserved seats will be secured as pre-reserved seats are limited and run out FAST. Pre-reservation is on a first come, first served basis. But Laurus Enterprises also reserves the right to give slots to people who are more serious about making payments on time.
Reservation Procedure:- NOTE: Please understand that seats are not 100% secure unless the registration and payment process has been completed.
- Please deposit the total amount of PhP800/seat (for undergraduate students it is PhP500/seat) to the BPI account, name: Jerick A. Go, acct#: 0039 0554 06
- Please download the CFreg.xls file here, fill it out, including the bank deposit details.
- Kindly fill-out the accomplished softcopy of the form (CFreg.xls) and email it back to me
- Please text me once you have done so in order for Laurus Enterprises to verify the submitted information.
- Please print the accomplished registration form and attach the deposit slip, then bring them on the day of the event. And for undergrad students, please bring your Valid School ID.
IMPORTANT: Please remember that payments are non-refundable, but seats are transferable. So if for some reason you cannot come, you may have someone attend on your behalf. Please be there by 12:30 for registration. We have a policy on latecomers. We reserve the right not to accept anyone who may be late for more than 10 minutes after we start the session, payments and reservations will be forfeited. |
