I started that Bikram yoga thing last month. You know, some way to get some exercise, improve health, get the blood going to fight off depression. (I've also switched to decaf coffee.)

People ask me if I enjoy it. That's hard to answer. Imagine an over-100-degree room and an instructor pushing you to stretch father or maintain a pose longer and you'll have my version of Hell and torment for all eternity.

Some say it's a great chance to check out the ladies, but believe me, I'm too interested in surviving (or rather, not dying).

I only go once a week, but they say the more you go, the easier it gets.

The only problem is that more and more people attend their classes, meaning more crowded, and more body heat and sweat. At the end of the hour and a half, there is a haze in the room.

Oh, did I mention that I was a cold weather person?
