Many years ago I was dreaming that when I arrive at the age of sixty, I will have a new period of time in my life. |
I remember when I met Alice in Hong Kong in 1983. Alice asked me when she could see me again. I answered her, twenty years later I would see her again. When she heard that she said, twenty years later? I will become an old lady, you are a sixty- year old man and still look good, but Im a woman. |

Every time when I remember Alices saying I was felt blue. The mistake I made I never I have forgiven myself for. I want to pay for my mistake, but it is too late. |

I remember when I was a young man, every time when I had the problem I went to the bar to drink beer. In that bar I met a young woman, soon we became close friends, we conversed on every thing, and she had a pretty personality. When I talked about the problem with Alice, she said to me, Amor you dont understand what is love. I didnt understand why she said that. It took me years to understand what she said. When I understood, it was too late. I can only ask Alice to forgive me for the mistake I had made. |

I had another question that I didnt understand very clear. When my wife knew I was sorry about Alice, she was very angry. She said to me, I married you because I respected you as a proud and strong man. Now you changed your personality, I look down on you. She considered Alice as a bad woman. She even said very ungraceful words to Alice. I knew her intention was to hurt me, but I was a mature enough man. I could not let her hurt me any more. |

One thing I didnt understand. If she didnt respect her husband any more, why did she desire her husband to treat her softly? Did she appreciate a dictator and a barbarous man as her husband? The real answer was false. She was jealous of Alice. She was a poor woman. Any way she is a perfect mother and housewife, she has very pretty things that Alice doesnt have. She has a sympathetic husband. I think she knows everybody has his or her past; the more important thing is the present and future. The sorry policy is the better way for her family. She also knows nobody is perfect except GOD. |
