President:  Matt Anderson                                     608-838-8261    Oversees the distinguished club program and membership building activities    Performs club proxy voting for district council meetings    Oversees meetings to ensure they start and end on time and guests are made welcome    Assists VP Membership and Treasurer in preparing annual membership report each September and March.   VP Education:  Dave Stauffacher    Asked to preside over meetings in absence of the president    Plans club meetings and confirms meeting role assignments    Assists members in achieving CTM, ATM, CL and other awards to include signing off speech manuals, and updating club records as speeches are completed    Assigns every new member a mentor    Ensures the club conducts the Successful Club Series program at least once a year   VP Membership:  Jennifer Sutherland    Conducts ongoing memebership building activities    Follows up and keeps track of guests attending meetings    Assists new members in filling out memebership applications and collects their dues    Speaks with fellow members to determine if their needs are being met   VP Public Relations:  Anita Thompson    Promotes the club to the community    Produces a club newsletter which includes agendas for upcoming meetings   Secretary:   Open    Maintains accurate memebership lists and assists Treasurer with submitting and renewing membership dues each September and March to Toastmasters International    Mails club officer list to Toastmasters International within 10 days of elections    Handles club correspondence    Records minutes of executive committee meetings   Treasurer:  Donald Follberg    Each spring prepares an annual budget    Provides our bank with a new signature card    Collects dues for September/March membership renewals and handles club expense reimbursements   Sergeant at Arms:  Fern Allen    Oversees the securing of our meeting location    Ensures meeting room is available and setup with necessary equipment at least 10 minutes before each meeting begins    Greets guests to make them feel welcome     All officer terms run from July 1st to June 30th, with elections held each May.
