Her father Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru himself took keen interest in her education.
When Nehru was in jail he continuously wrote letters to her from the jail.Which kept both father and daughter in touch with each other during those days. In those letters he wrote very educative and intersting things to Indira which later proved to be helpful in her political career.These letters wrote by Nehru Itsef became an inspiration for not only to Indira but to every yuoth of the country.
