Solitude

HI this was written when a friend of mine died, and is now missed by many. May God bless her.

The solitude of the beach is never ending

Warm sun and lashing waves soothe the soul.

Lying there and watching whispery clouds go by

I wonder of life's twinges with a tear in my eye.

You do this and that keeping a busy day

To tired or lazy to see one's along the way

Before you know it life has quickly passed by

And sit there in solitude with a tear in your eye.

So stop and think of those near and dear

stop along the the way with laughter and cheer

For soon before you realize the day has come

"Their" gone one by one
