Aquos - About Us

Aquos is fast-growing distributor of swimming products. Aquos was founded in Asheville, North Carolinia, during November 2007. We currently have retail locations in Asheville, Atlanta, GA, and Greenville, SC. We sell mainly suits and equipment from Speedo, TYR, and NIKE. we also make our own basic suits and equipment. In an effort to promote swimming, we offer extra discounts to teams that register with us (click here to register). We are also present at several large meets, such as YMCA Nationals. Here purchases can be made and teams can register.

Security is of the utmost importance to us at Aquos. We use cookies to gather information about our visitors, but all of this information is kept secure. When placing orders, all data is encrypted and is completely confidential between you, the customer, and us. Also, when registering as a team, it is the team's responsibility to keep the password to themselves, but we do encrypt this data as well. We also promise not to sell any email addresses to any mailing lists, and only to use them to contact you, the customer, about your order or any questions you may have.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Thus we have a fairly generous return policy. If there are any problems with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, or the wrong size than what you ordered, it can be sent back free of charge and refunded or exchanged for the proper item. However, suits that are the wrong size must be returned immediatly. Worn or used suits will no longer be accepted. Any shipping related problems, such as a ripped or opened package, can be returned and exchanged for the same item.

All shipping is done through UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package. Orders will typically require at least two days for processing before they are shipped. The customer can select which shipping option they want from UPS. Next day delivery is an option, but this will cost an additional $20+20% of the order cost as an additional processing fee. All purchases over $75 will receive a 20% discount on shipping rates, and purchases over $175 will receive regular ground shipping free of charge.
