He is a nutritionist with a vast experience in the hospital setting, where he works as a nutritionist as well as a Clinical Nutrition Nurse. He has worked as a nutritionist in a geriatric rehabilitation hospital, where he dealt with all kinds of nutritional problems, starting from the common nutritional problems, such as undernutrition, overweight and obesity, Diabetes, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis, gout, food deficiencies and other problems. He also works as a Clinical Nutrition Nurse at the local general hospital where he deals more with artificial feeding methods, such as enteral and parenteral nutrition.
He also has a great experience in the community private setting, where he deals with all sorts of problems related to nutrition, including eating disorders and common intestinal diseases. He also delivers various talks, seminars, conferences and lecturs to people from various different backgrounds. Thus he is able to develop such courses as are found on this website, through his nutritional and teaching experience, while keeping himself up to date with the latest literature about the subject and upgrading the courses he offers from time to time to reflect the problems that are predominant in the world at the time.
Being also a nurse, the coordinator has a vast knowledge on the medical and surgical conditions, as well as psychiatric disorders, that he would need to deal with in his work as a nutritionist. His experience as a practising hypnotherapist, also provides him with a knowledge of alternative therapies and their use to help treat several conditions. All this experience and knowledge make his courses interesting and elaborate.
