This was the year I started climbing.  It's useless putting here photos of climbing when one can easily view them in my Webshots album.  Just follow the link in my Contacts page.  But apart from climbing I went camping also.  In August I joined 6 other friends in a holiday climbing-trip to the Dolomites.  We stayed at Malga Ciappella and climbed in Val Di Fassa.  Unfortunately I don't have any climbing photos from this trip but I have lots of photos at the campsite and trekking photos.

Waiting for the train to come.  The endless plague of Italy - delayed trains!  At one time we had to wait for 2 hours delay at an abandoned god-forgotten train station!  In the picture (L-R): me, Jeffrey, Dennis. During Vango Challenge 2000 (we had to walk 100+ km in 3 days) through the countryside of Malta.  Our team consisted of me, Kurt and Duncan.  This photo was taken by Duncan.	During a camping in Sept at Ghajn Abdul, Gozo.  We had to cook in a humid low cave.  But for midday I usually made a cold salad, like the photo above... cold and plentiful!	24 June 2000.   I was duty at work and was so bored out that I tried to climb a block of building...
