OGUZ OGUZ OR OGUZ ERTAN?

Some months ago, during a trip in France, a friend of mine named Annie, who shared a flat with Oguz told me that he sent me a postcard from Turkey with his address while I was going back home (at this time, home was France). But, I never received it and it was a long time ago Oguz (last name might be Ertan or Oguz, actually I dont know) lived in London in 1978 and 1979 at Manor Road, nr 21 (Stoke Newington area).
At that time, he was working as a seller by a men clothes store on Oxford Street. He used to paint as well and was fond of Bob Dylan. Oguz must be about 50 years old today. He was from Istanbul or Ankara, unfortunately I have not any picture from him to share with you!
I am trying to get in touch again with Oguz or some of his family's member since 1980, but it is not easy because of my so poor Turkish knowledge and because I am living quite far away, in Canada.
If you think that you know this man, please let him know about this page and give him my email addresses. I would like to get his pardon before passing away.

It would be great to have some news because I dont know if he is still alive as earthquakes took place in Turkey as well as terrorist attacks.

The man's name on this picture is Oguz and he looks like the Oguz I am seeking for but so much time has spent, so I have no certitude about.
