Nestea Natural Lemon Flavoured Iced Tea - review

Is there anything more refreshing on a hot summer day than a nice bottle of iced tea? Of course not. Water just doesn't cut it anymore folks. I believe there isn't a man, woman or child alive today that doesn't enjoy a tasty beverage. Nestea lemon flavoured iced tea is my beverage of choice. It tastes much better than any other lemon flavoured iced tea out there on the market today, and we don't even need to get into those "other" flavoured ice teas. I enjoy this drink because it has no artificial colours and flavours or preservatives added, which is very important. It has a sweet, lemony fresh taste, much like MastaCSG's mama. Incidentally, they both cost $1.75 also. In both cases I find this to be a bit overpriced. Understandably, you get more liquid than a conventional can of pop which normally sells for around $1, however it is my feeling that if Nestea bottled their beverage in an aluminium can or plastic bottle instead of a glass one, the pricing would be slightly lower. Glass also make the bottle heavier to carry around, and more difficult to dispose of. Normally I would leave my can or plastic bottle on the bus when I get off, but with a glass bottle I am forced to take it with me and dispose of it in the nearest garbage or recycling facility. This can obviously be quite a nuisance for a person always on the go. While they do bottle Nestea Iced Tea in a can, they are much more difficult to find compared to the glass bottled version. It's misgivings aside, Nestea Lemon Iced Tea is a real treat and a very quenching drink anytime. I give it a Queen.
