ABOUT ME
This is the bio from fanfiction.net that I've lifted off that site, improved/added to and dropped back here.

I love to write fanfictions where the 'bad guys' get the girl or the 'bad girls' get the guy, usually in ways that one might not always have expected.  I have a penchant for angst, but recently have been accused of fluff (something I confess to enjoying writing).

The basics, in case anyone is interested:
25 years old and should know better
Red hair
Blue eyes
Average height
Medium build
Plain Jane, I'm afraid
Married
Has a cat who plays fetch
Hopeless romantic

And now for the trivia:

Favourite movies:
Lord of the rings trilogy
Pirates of the Caribbean
Shrek 2 but not Shrek 1
Most things by Disney not dominated by obscenely bad computer graphics (viz, The Little Mermaid)
The Last Samurai
Saving Private Ryan
Schindler's List
The Wicker Man
Sleepy Hollow
The Guru
Moulin Rouge
... and many more

Current favourite music:

Keane, Black-eyed peas, Evanescence, Natalie Imbruglia, U2, Gwen Stefani

Least favourite movie:
Prospero's Books - couldn't even watch it in one sitting.

Favourite movie characters:
Maleficent, Captain Jack Sparrow, Smeagol/Gollum, Gandalf, most characters played by Orlando Bloom or Johnny Depp (!).

Favourite books:
Harry Potter (assuming book 6 is a minor setback and book 7 corrects the bloody awful character assassinations in book 6), Dracula, Frankenstein, Far From the Madding Crowd (apart from chapter 1 where Hardy takes 5 pages to describe Gabriel Oak as 28 and a bachelor) and the Discworld series.

Favourite book characters:
Miss Hardbroom, Severus Snape (see disclaimer under 'Harry Potter' above), Count Olaf, Havelock Vetinari, Mina Harker, Farmer Boldwood.

Favourite TV series:

Firefly (can't wait for Serenity the movie...), Star Trek Voyager (yes, I know...), Babylon 5, Farscape, Friends, anything-that-is-not-reality-TV-apart-from-soaps.

Most like:
Miss Hardbroom with PMT but without the figure or dress sense (or magical powers)

Least like:
The three good fairies:

Most likely to say:

(In a classroom) Put him/her down you don't know where he/she's been!
(At home) Wanna use my 'puter now!  Internet!  Wah!
(In a pub) Just one (more) glass of wine please...

Least likely to say:

(At school) Of course I don't mind doing a cover lesson...
(At home) No, I insist - you have the last chocolate.
