| De la Vega’s house: Mauricio
tried to calm Juana down but she seems not to want his help whatsoever as she’s
definitely not in the mood to be pampered by him especially in his house. ‘All my
life, I will never ever step my foot in this house again…’ said Juana. She
wished him not to touch her as she thank GOD that nothing had happened between them. While
sobbing & telling Mauricio … Carlota was upstairs snooping at them as she heard
what Juana had said to her husband. Carlota was seen smiling cunningly to herself. In the office: Desiree asked Ines to provide her Mauricio’s new address but was told that she didn’t have it with her. Armando was passing by & heard Desiree’s request. He told her that he has it… Desiree smiled back at him. De la Vega’s house: Mauricio kept on offering his help but Juana was against it. She had so many obstacles to face & she could not afford to go on any further. What Juana endured earlier on had really hurt her the most. Juana briefly told him that Rafael had accused her of taking Mauricio away from him. At the same time,Carlota was having so much fun listening to Juana’s conversation that she had hoped for. Juana warned him not to go after her & that he should go to Rafael as he really need him the most. Juana left while still weeping & shaking uncontrollably. Mauricio just watched Juana go in agony & quickly calls Rafael’s name. By this time, Carlota’s smile grew even more as she had won the battle. In the office: Desiree was in Armando’s room, coaxing him to give her Mauricio’s new address. After much persuasion, Armando finally gives her a piece of paper. She smiled coyly at him. De la Vega’s house: Upstairs, Carlota was picking up Mauricio’s cloth & quickly stashed it to one side while still holding his boxer shorts (thinking of something). She told herself that she knows that Rafael is a good weapon to use in her struggle to in keeping Mauricio near to her. She remembered what Juana had said to her earlier in her bedroom. At the garden, Mauricio & Jose was franticly searching Rafael. Mauricio finally saw him sitting on a grass with a ball beside him, crying. In the office: In her room, Desiree was happy to know Mauricio’s address. Her happiness suddenly cut short as Rene, the office boy, came in to demand her offer, which they had agreed earlier. Without wasting much time, Desiree asked Rene, how much does he need to keep his mouth shut? Rene told her that he does not want money but to follow him to their old place. If she refuses, Rene will leak her secret to everybody. Desiree thought that Rene had made such a strange demand … Amparito’s house: The driver had told Rogelio that he had heard Desiree’s conversation between her & one of the staff at the office. Rogelio looked in disbelieve. Perez house: Juana got back home, looking so glum than ever… She thought for a while about what she had to endure…. with Carlota & Rafael. She quickly changed her mood not wanting to let her family knew about her condition. She went to the living room & caught Manuel lying on the sofa with his eyes swollen from crying. Manuel told Juana that Ramon Perez is already back. The news had spooked Juana out. Amparito’s house: Rogelio told his driver to watch Desiree’s every move & be her shadow for all it takes to uncover her secrets. He needs to know every inch of details regarding whom she had met. Now Rogelio feels like he had something to use against her when the time comes. Perez house: Manuel still in his sad face told Juana that her grandmother was speechless all day because of Ramon’s presence. She is still in the state of shock while A.Maria is having a splendid time with Ramon… making him feel comfortable. He felt like strangling his sister. Juana asked what his feeling at that time & he told her that, words cannot express his reaction towards Ramon. He felt angry at his father for being away just to satisfy his need to travel abroad. Manuel was near to tears as they both hugged each other. De la Vega’s house: Mauricio tried explaining to Rafael about his feelings & duties as a father. He stressed to him that he would never leave him, no matter what & nobody could changed him. Rogelio coughed to signal that he has arrived. They both looked at each other. Lili’s house: Ramon suddenly felt like collapsing but tried to hold the pain while A.Maria held him tight to prevent him from falling. Maria told A. Maria that it is quite natural for him to feel like that as he is nervous about his reunion. They both took Ramon in to his room to rest while Micky & Lili stood watching them. Perez house: In the kitchen, Azucena was cooking something for the family while her mind wondered & thinking about Ramon. She used to be a cheerful person but Ramon’s disappearance had taken it away from her. She thought … 20years it had been since he left her. Juana came in to the kitchen & asked how she had felt. Juana hugged her grandmother. De la Vega’s house: Mauricio & Rogelio were talking regarding Carlota. Rogelio felt disappointed about Mauricio’s behavior. He reminded Mauricio to not forget that he had sought his help to be his business partner. He had agreed only because he is married to his only daughter. In the house: Carlota was sitting on the sofa & suddenly noticed Rafael walked towards her. The way he walked had made Carlota advised him to walk properly & not slouch, as it will give him a bad back in the future. She quickly changed her topic & request hug & a kiss from him. In the garden: Mauricio paid attention to Rogelio’s explanation & his advised. He was glad that he wasn’t a stingy to knowledge. Mauricio took the opportunity to tease him about his problem with his wife. Rogelio got so mad & pulled his jacket. Mauricio warned him not to take interest in his private life. Perez house: Juana opened the door & welcome Lili in. She told Juana that his grandfather has arrived & he is staying in her house. Juana was surprised. Lili’s house: A.Maria & Maria got out from the room… they both agreed that he should be getting his rest. A.Maria felt uneasy to Ramon’s health… Maria told her not to worry. Micky was seen reading the newspaper on a table. Perez house: Lili sat in the living room, telling Juana that Micky had came out an idea to find extra money to help her mother’s operation by renting one of the spare rooms. Ramon & Maria are occupying it. Somewhere in Desiree’s home town: Desiree & Rene got out from a taxi. She looked around & noticed the familiar surroundings. She started to feel scared. Rene asked her to walk up the stairs. She felt like crying, as she does not like the place. She started to remember about her past when she was a small girl … playing tic-tac-toe when she heard a voice shouting at her… In the office: Enriqueta received a phone call from Manuel insisting to be with her. He told her that Ramon is back. Lili’s house: Juana follwed Lili back to her place. Micky was there to greet her. He told her that Ramon is in the room resting while A.Maria had left earlier. Perez house: A.Maria got back home, her smiled was still on her face. She felt so happy to know Ramon is back. Desiree’s hometown: Desiree & Rene were at s/body’s house, an elderly woman greeted Rene, as she was happy to know that he visited her. Rene had bought her some food. Desiree couldn’t stop from crying slowly. Actually, the woman could not see her. She asked Rene who he had brought along. The woman smelled a lady’s perfume & tried her best to introduce herself. The lady told Desiree that she could not see clearly as her cataract had got worst. She could see shadows only. Desiree was touched when the lady kept on telling to Rene that her daughter, Daisy is so beautiful but she is not here with her as she has traveled abroad. Lili’s house: Micky, Lili & Juana were chatting in the living room. Maria got out & was happy to see Juana. She introduced herself and said that her name is Rosita, daughter to Aunt Eloisa that is staying in Maracaibo. She & A.Maria are cousins. The old lady tried reaching her hands to Desiree but she signaled to Rene that she does not want to touch the lady as she was trying to hold her tears back. Desiree finally could not stand it; she walked out of the house. The lady asked what had happened, why did she walk out. Rene didn’t say a/thing. Lili’s house: Juana was alone sitting on a sofa & noticed Ramon coming out from his room. Ramon was surprised to see Juana, he introduced himself to her. Ramon tried to chat with Juana. He told her that Juana had A.Maria’s cheek & eyes of his mother. Juana was touched to know that he cared. Enriqueta’s apartment: Enriqueta’s got in & hugged Manuel. Later, he told her everything about what had happened. Enriqueta sympathized with him. Manuel finally succumbs himself & put his head on Enriqueta’s lap. Perez house: Azucena saw her daughter in the kitchen. They talked & she seek her forgiveness for whatever that she has caused. De la Vega’s house: Mauricio was seen packing some more clothes while Carlota looked on. Mauricio & Carlota argued about the their problem. Carlota told him that Juana had opened up her feelings to her. Mauricio was quite surprised to know that Juana had the courage to confront & talk to her. He could not stand any longer as Carlota is being ‘a pain in the ass’ she does not understand that love comes in different ways. Carlota wanted an explanation from Mauricio. The moment has come for to tell the truth & nothing but the truth… He said..‘The baby that Juana is carrying in her womb is actually mine. I am the father to that unborn child…’ Carlota was dumbfounded … her world starts to crumble down into bits of pieces … 'sólo a tu lado quiero vivir ... sin ti mi cielo se vuelve gris ...dime que hacer si no estás aqui...'
