At Perez house… Manolito advised A.Maria & Azucena not to quarrel anymore as it’s making Juana feel sad. Juana went into the kitchen & cried as her family continued to bore her. Finally she could not take it, she yelled at them to stop what they are doing & keep silence. She’s bored of them talking about her.. day in & day out, about Mauricio & anything that has to do with her. Azucena add salt to the wound by saying … she is considered the third party who broke & destroys other people’s marriage. Juana cried & felt so sad to hear what her grandmother had branded her.

Rafael was not satisfied as to what Carlota had accused him to be. Carlota could not agree with Mauricio & Rafael in liking Juana because she destroys her marriage. Aunt Eva heard them quarrelling & asked Rafael if he can go up to his room to have a chat with her.

Manolito told A.Maria to be in control & calm down. A.Maria was furious as she did not like the way Azucena talked & she lashed her accusation towards her child. She really pitied her daughter who is still crying. A.Maria does understand what Juana is facing right now & their problem would not be easily solved. Manolito asked Juana what she wants … Juana told him that she swears she has no idea.

Carlota said to Mauricio… he’s not being fair towards her. If he thinks properly, Juana can be considered a younger sister to Mauricio & not to mention that she’s pregnant. Has he gone mad? He wasn’t like that before…By now Carlota guessed that Mauricio might like Juana because he pitied her & maybe would want to claim Juana’s baby. She knows that she should be blamed for not able to conceive a child for him…She is suffering & does not deserve to be treated like this. Where were his sweet promises that he had once mentioned?

Aunt Eva begged Rafael to come out from under his bed. She told him that he has to be very patient with adult’s attitude…

A.Maria pleaded with Juana to stop crying. Juana feels like going to her room & would try to sleep. After she left, A.Maria & Manolito talked about Juana. A.Maria went to the door to see who was ringing the door bell. Petricia comes in while giving that smile (from ear to ear) & approached Manolito.

Inside Rogelio’s apartment, on the bed…Desiree was trying to squeeze some information regarding about Mauricio’s status whether he will get a divorce from Carlota or not. Rogelio does not want to know about them.

Mauricio told Carlota again & again about not wanting to hurt her feelings. Carlota is fed up with the same words over & over … like a broken record. She knows that they can give it a try to work something out & get back to their normal life. Mauricio told her back… all along he was not happy with her. Carlota with a surprised look said … ‘que…’ Starting to sob again, Carlota said … of all the things that they have done together, all their dreams & hope to be together … why is he doing like this to her? Mauricio told her that, it’s beyond his control now … he could not help the changes that he is facing right now.

A.Maria chatted with Petricia while Manolito felt like running away as he could not stand her. Petricia told them about the robbery & most of their valuables are gone together with her precious iron. She asked them whether they could borrow her iron. Petricia also told A.Maria that Salvador is doing the investigation being so nice etc. She buttered Salvador up to attract A.Maria.

Desiree was massaging Rogelio’s shoulder. Rogelio told Desiree that since she could not wait for the result, he might as well tell her that his lawyer will be preparing the entire document within a week so that she can be rich. Desiree was delighted to hear about it.

Mauricio talked to Aunt Eva about Carlota. He knows from the beginning that she does not like Rafael. She is selfish & that is what makes him distance from her day by day.

Juana was lying on the bed, her mind was thinking about her outing at the zoo with Mauricio & Rafael. She also thinks about what Azucena had said to her, she felt so ashamed for being called the marriage destroyer.

Mauricio was in Rafael’s room telling him to be patient & to trust him that he will never abandon him no matter what. Rafael wanted to go with him if he ever leaves again.

Alone in the apartment, Desiree thought to herself … Juana had save her so much trouble to be near with Mauricio. She can easily eliminate Juana for good. From now on, everything is going to be easy for her as Mauricio will be hers.

Early in the morning, Ramon had sat on a bench, quite near to Perez’s home. While Ramon thought to him self… Nicolas interrupted & asked him what he was doing & whether he’s waiting for the meat pie specially made by Azucena.

Juana switched off her alarm clock & looked at her mother that is still sleeping soundly. She told herself that she has to go to work, as she’s the only person supporting the whole family.

Azucena was in the kitchen, boiling water when Nicolas voice echoed in her house. Manolito came to the kitchen as well & was questioned by Nicolas for wearing such a nice outfit. He told Nicolas & his mother that he’s finding a job so that he can take over & support his family later on when Juana gave birth.

In the morning, Carlota sneaked into Rafael’s room & noticed that he was not around. She shouted Tania’s name. Tania was downstairs sweeping … She asked her where Mauricio & Rafael had gone. She told Carlota that Rafael has gone to school & Mauricio is off to work early in the morning.

Mauricio entered the office & greeted his staff. They were all asking about how was the party. He told that that it didn’t turn out well. David walks into the office & saw Mauricio. He approached him & starts telling him that Carlota had paid a visit at his apartment. They needed to have a long chat in Mauricio’s room.

Manolito got out of the house while Ramon who was standing near a lamp post … suddenly looked the other way as he does not want to be recognized. He knew that he had seen his son that has long grown.

Azucena chatted about her meat pie with Nicolas in the kitchen. He said that it so popular that an old guy was waiting in front of Azucena’s house early in the morning. Juana came into the kitchen & warned Nicolas not to swear in their house. Azucena questioned her about the way she dressed as if she’s going to a party. She couldn’t care & told her that she has to work & find money very hard as in a few months; she won’t be able to do that.

David came into Mauricio’s office & asked him about what he had done. He wanted to know whether he had left Carlota for good. Mauricio told him that he just wanted time for him to think & solve his problem. He is trying to be honest to himself. Before David leaves, he hoped that Mauricio would not do anything foolish.

Ramon entered Lili’s house to informed Maria about his encounter with his son. He woke Maria up to tell about the good news. She felt happy for him.

The dispatch boy was harassing Brandy in the office. She kept telling him to go away. She pushed him & he nearly crash into Desiree who was on his path. Desiree screamed at him. He told her that he recognizes who she was as he’d already remembered when & where he did saw her.

Amparito was visiting her daughter, Carlota & asked about where she was yesterday. She told her that she went & visit Mauricio’s friend & to Juana’s house. She tricked the Perez family by crying openly to them. Her plan had work. She also told her mother that Mauricio had spent the night in their house but not in their room, as he had to calm Rafael down.

Juana walked into her office. She held an envelope that have Mauricio’s pictures & thought how to hand it over to him. She talked to herself about how her mood’s going to be on that day. From now on, she’ll be very stern with whoever walks into her lab … she does not care who that person is going to be especially Desiree, as she usually walks in & out like a snake. Somebody was knocking on her door, Juana quickly gets herself ready to take action but it was Mauricio who came strutting in with his usual handsome face. She could not do it…

Popeye arrived to the office feeling like a half ton burden had just dropped on his shoulder. David confronted Popeye & asked him what was wrong. He complained about a mixed up of paying his 2 bills for different woman in his life. He told David that it’s hard to handle 2 women at the same time. David thought about his word.

Mauricio was talking about his feelings again with Juana. She gets nervous & cold feet whenever he’s near to her… she asked him to stay away from her. She told him that, she does not want him to repeat his feelings & needing more time. She wished not to end up like what her grandmother & mother had faced…getting dumped by a guy who needs time.

The dispatched boy was eavesdropping to what Desiree was talking in Mauricio’s room. He interrupted Desiree & told her that he knew who she was & he proved to her that .. Her name was Daisy & she had run away after killing both her parents. Desiree panicked as he had found out about her true identity.

Humberto came into the office & introduced himself to David. David was told that it is his 1^st day of work in their office as a photographer. He’s lost & needs his help.

In the photography room, Mauricio was busily kissing Juana when Humberto & David came in to see their act. They were speechless to see them kissing.

'sólo a tu lado quiero vivir ... sin ti mi cielo se vuelve gris ...dime que hacer si no estás aqui...'
