Police Station/Salvador’s off: Juana hugged Mauricio while sobbing. She asked C. Diaz why Mauricio was being handcuffed as he’s not supposed to be treated like that. C. Diaz said he has to because Mauricio had already surrendered. A. Maria advised Juana to stay calm but she scolded her ‘How am I supposed to stay calm if Mauricio’s like this?’ Juana kept on hugging Mauricio, Alejandro requested so that Mauricio & Juana to have some time alone as Juana needs to compose herself. C. Diaz allowed but he asked that s/body to guard Juana & Mauricio. (Definitely Salvador).
Desiree’s apartment: Desiree was mad at Rogelio’s action towards her brother & asked Rogelio to stay calm. Rogelio kept on saying that her brother should understand he was the one who had released him. Rogelio wanted to know where she’d been, he suspected that she was with Mauricio. Desiree being wise said she wasn’t with him because she busied herself in taking care of her brother’s affairs. Rogelio said her brother should be doing it h/self & continued pestering her to tell about Mauricio. Suddenly his cell phone rang. He was told by C. Diaz that Mauricio had surrendered & their plan has succeeded. Rogelio broadened his smile.
Police Station/Salvador’s off: Juana was alone with Mauricio; she held his hand & asked why he must surrender. He said he’s not willing to let Juana & A. Eva to carry his burden on his behalf & in jailed. Juana said she wouldn’t mind until Mauricio gets his freedom. Mauricio thought that Juana should care for Mariana & he wouldn’t let Juana being jailed. Beside he’s willing to surrender. Juana said Mauricio didn’t surrender to the authority but to Rogelio Vivas. Juana continued to hug him tightly & cried. They kissed (scene cut). C. Diaz then got in & pulled Mauricio’s arm, which he got up & he brought Mauricio out. Juana just froze, sad with her tears streaming down.
Police Station/Salvador’s off: Juana alone with Mauricio, while holding Mauricio’s hand, asked why he’d surrendered. He said he couldn’t let Juana & A. Eva be responsible on his behalf behind bars. Juana said she wouldn’t mind a bit until he’s
Desiree’s apartment: Desiree asked what happened. Rogelio said 1st of all, he’d like to apologies at her. He told that Mauricio had surrendered just now & is now in prison. It showed that Desiree was right, she wasn’t with him. Rogelio apologies because had doubt her. Desiree pulled her face. Rogelio went out with a proud smile.
Vivas house: Humberto got back. Amparo smiled & teased, said that Humberto didn’t bother about her a/more coz he had a g/friend. He denied of having a g/friend. Amparo thought he tried to hide it from her. Humberto told her the truth that he didn’t have any g/friend in the past, present & future. Amparo was shocked but she still thought he’s pulling a fast joke on her. Humberto finally told her that he’s a homosexual. Amparo apparently stunned & said if Rogelio founds out about it, he’ll be in trouble. Humberto kept silence.
Bar: David advised all his friends that they should accept what Humberto had said. Shiva said she didn’t realize a handsome guy like Humberto are into his own species than a woman. Bibi had thought the same thing. Dora said they should take heed of what David said that they shouldn’t meddle with Humberto’s need as he is a nice guy. They all agreed that Humberto would still be their friends & will not isolate him. Suddenly they look at the door when Brandy & Renee walked in. David smiled from ear to ear.
Police Station: C. Diaz told Rogelio that Mauricio is now in prison. Rogelio said the plan by using Juana & A. Eva succeed in trapping Mauricio down.
Bar: Brandy was shocked when her friends told her the truth about Humberto. Brandy immediately thought what she had done with him back then ‘No wonder he didn’t respond my kiss, he even didn’t felt a/thing…!’ Brandy just smiled because she knows she loves David. At 1 corner, David was drinking wth Renee. David asked how was his date wth Brandy. He told him e/thing was ok but he realized Brandy had no feelings towards him. Hence, he’d like to back out. David smiled.
Perez house: Juana got in with her temper while being followed by A. Maria & Manolito. Juana said she didn’t realize she herself has been used to trap Mauricio. A. Maria said Juana should believe Salvador as he had help the best he can. Juana knew Salvador had helped her & Mauricio so much but with C. Diaz around & of high rank has resided with Rogelio. She added with Mauricio’s arrest, it’s a success for Rogelio.
Prison: Mauricio was in prison. Rogelio drop by & enjoyed teasing him. Said he should be there coz it’s the right place for him. Mauricio said he knew Rogelio knows he didn’t kill Francisco. Rogelio smiled, said that he’s guilty because there’s hard evidence. Mauricio said he didn’t expect Rogelio’s willing to kill a lot of people just for his own success. Before Rogelio left, he kept teasing him.
Positivo/Mauricio’s off: Alfredo scolded Enriqueta so that she should follow what his father had planned. Enriqueta stressed that she don’t want to follow because she’s still a president there, taking over Mauricio. Alfredo was annoyed at Enriqueta for not following what he said.
Perez house/living room: A. Maria just got out from the kitchen with a plate of snack or so it seems. She gave it to Juana a piece of it but Juana said she’s doesn’t want to eat a/thing with an angry tone. She’s just worried about Mauricio. Manolito said at her that he’ll help a/thing for her. Grandma Azucena said she’s not sure about it; only thought of Juana. Juana was angry & said she’s really worried about Mauricio & so all her family should be doing the same thing. Azucena said she wouldn’t do it because Mauricio is still an outside to her, not a family member. Juana continued to prolong her anger as she said she assumed herself to be Mauricio’s wife & family to that. Said she wouldn’t want to end up like her uncle, her mother & her grandmother about not sure of their couple. Grandma Azucena, A. Maria & Manolito were speechless; there was truth in Juana’s word.
Bar: David turned, smiled with his wheel chair towards Brandy which was sitting with her friends. He thought he should use that time. He made a signed motioning Brandy to go to him. She got up & headed towards David. He invited her to dance. Brandy got shocked, asked how. David said ‘Are you able to dance with a guy like me? You can sit on my lap!’ Brandy turned, smiled at her friends. She then sat on David’s lap.
Prison: Alejandro was with Salvador at the prison with Mauricio. Mauricio asked how Juana was. Alejandro said they had already sent Juana back home. Mauricio was worried what would happened. Alejandro said he wouldn’t be locked up more than 36hours… He will defend Mauricio because he knows Mauricio’s is not wrong.
De la Vega’s house: Rogelio got back. Carlota asked what happened. His father told her Mauricio had been caught & is now in prison. Carlota was stunned. Rogelio said Mauricio would be sentenced because of killing Francisco & had tried to run from the law. Carlota said she wants to see him. Rogelio was mad & advised his daughter to forget about him. Carlota said she’s not seeing Mauricio to make peace but wants to let go of her annoyance of what he had done to her. Rogelio permits it but Carlota should go the next day. Carlota then nods is agreement.
The next morning…
Prison: Mauricio was pacing to & fro in his cell. He’s confident Juana will bring Mariana to visit him soon. Suddenly Carlota walks in to see him. Mauricio was shocked. Carlota let out her anger towards Mauricio & said she’s satisfied that he’s in prison. She relates back to what had happened when Mauricio tied her up & left her alone. Mauricio said she wasn’t alone as she always had her bodyguard. Carlota gave him a one tight slap. Mauricio said Carlota is not the woman he had knew when they got married back then even he now pitied her. Carlota said she won’t let him live peacefully. Mauricio asked Carlota to accept their separation but she disagreed. She’ll continue to make Juana & Mariana suffers because they had stolen him away from her. Mauricio was mad & pulled her arms but Carlota called the guard. She then left with her feeling angry.
Positivo/Mauricio’s off: Armando presented Enriqueta a flower. She smiled & thanked him. Armando said he wouldn’t want her to be sad just because of a hippie. Desiree suddenly walked in & asked them if they’ve heard of the latest news ‘Mauricio’s alive, he had surrendered h/self’ Enriqueta was glad to hear Mauricio’s alive. Armando asked Desiree to explain in details. Desiree said Mauricio had disguised h/self as a ‘janitor’. Enriqueta smiled when she remembered the incident; saved by the janitor when Rogelio tried to hit her ‘Seems Mauricio was always by their side all this while..!’ Armando was confused. Desiree said Mauricio had done like that because of wanting to investigate about Rogelio.
Prison: Alejandro with Mauricio. He said he’ll try to request Mauricio’s case not to be on trial. Mauricio asked Alejandro to advised Juana not to be alone & care for Mariana as Carlota will do a/thing with her anger. Alejandro promised he’ll inform Juana.
Juana’s School: Juana came to school with Lili. Lili asked Juana not to be sad. Juana said she’s worried of Mauricio & has no mood to study. A few of her friends came to asked how she was & hugged her. The headmistress even came to give a moral support to Juana. Juana said she’ll not pass the exam but the headmistress requested that she would not give up hope. She’s convinced ‘scholarship winner’ can!
Positivo/Studio: Shiva came in with a file in her hands; saw Humberto was adjusting his films. Shiva said she’s supposed to hand the file to him yesterday… also said Humberto is a nice guy while looking straight at him. Before she left, she gave Humberto a kiss on his cheek. Humberto was shocked. Later Milady walked in. She said she’s willing to help him with a/thing & not to be shy in asking her assistance. She then left. Humberto wondered what had happened. ‘I thought they wouldn’t want to treat me, looks like they can accept it well!’ Not later than that, Brandy walked in. Humberto said he knows others had informed Brandy about him. Brandy nodded & asked if Humberto would have a drink with her. Humberto accepts it.
Prison: A. Eva paid a visit to Mauricio. She said he’s more handsome w/out the beard. Mauricio clearly showed his nervousness. A. Eva could tell that Mauricio is worried & is not well.
Juana’s School: A. Maria was walking with her students. She saw Salvador which was waiting for her from one corner. A. Maria walked towards Salvador. Her students watched from behind. A. Maria said she didn’t expect him to come looking for her. The students were laughing at A. Maria with Salvador. They left when A. Maria asked them to leave. Salvador said he purposely drop by to say s/thing. A. Maria said she can tell… all this while she always find love at the wrong guy but now she’s confident of Salvador. A. Maria hugged him. Salvador kept his silence. In his heart he said he didn’t have the heart to tell her about Petrica’s pregnancy to her which she’s obviously overjoyed.
Positivo/Meeting room: Brandy was drinking with Humberto. Brandy said she already knew why he didn’t felt a/thing when she kissed him back then. Brandy said they will continue being friends e/though it had happened. Suddenly Ines entered & told them that she’s happy because Mauricio is alive although he’s at the police station. Humberto was shocked (confident knowing it had got to do with his father’s action).
Positivo/Mauricio’s off: Enriqueta, Armando & Desiree discussed about Mauricio. Enriqueta said she’ll not do any changes for the company since Mauricio’s alive. Everybody agreed. Suddenly Rogelio entered. He was mad because he wants Enriqueta to comply with what he had said. Enriqueta wouldn’t agree because Mauricio’s is alive. Apparently Rogelio was furious. Armando interfered to support what Enriqueta had said. Rogelio then asked at Desiree which had kept her silence from just now. She said ‘I think you know what’s my decision?!!!’ Rogelio showed his furious face.
Positivo/David’s off: David said he’s so glad that Mauricio’s alive. Brandy said she didn’t expect Juana had scarifies a lot but Mauricio would still be jailed. David called Brandy ‘my love’. Brandy was happy because yesterday’s night was the happiest moment for her. David agreed.
In front of Perez house: Carlota’s car stopped in front of Juana’s house. She said she wants to wait there.
Perez house/living room: Rosita seek Juana’s permission to bring Mariana in a pram for sight seeing. Juana kept mum. Lili came with a glass of water for Juana & advised her to relax. Juana allowed Rosita when she asked her the 2nd time but her face was obviously nervous as if s/thing will happen. Rosita took Mariana out.
In front of Perez house: Carlota saw Rosita coming out ‘See who’s coming out! It’s Mauricio’s daughter!’ Carlota smiled wickedly & got out from the car to follow Rosita.
