Missed 10min…

Police Station: Rogelio teased A. Eva for sob & had lied with her statement. She denied it. Salvador budged in to defend her; reminded Rogelio to treat her nicely. C. Diaz wouldn’t agree with Salvador . Rogelio said she & Juana had collaborated with a murderer. She said after that, she’ll file an allegation about all his evil deed done to her & to all her family. C. Diaz requested Salvador to prepare a warrant to arrest Juana; need to question her once again. Salvador rolled his eyes in disbelieved while A. Eva widened her eyes.

Positivo/mtg room: Humberto relayed his sympathies to Juana about what she had gone through. Juana honestly told him that she like her since the 1st day they worked together but she knew his father wants to trap Mauricio & convict him of murdering which he didn’t commit. Humberto cleared out her worries; told her he’s different from his father & not judged him wrongly.

Positivo/David’s off: David handed out several envelopes to Renee. Renee was about to leave but changed his mind when he saw Brandy stepped in. She assumed that David is trying to stop Renee from going out with her. David was confused. Renee assured her nothing had happened & that their date is still on. David’s face turned sour.

De la Vega’s house: Rogelio brought Carlota… saw Amparo & Desiree chatted to e/other in the living room. He said ‘Woman’s Meeting?’  Amparo said ‘You can think it as a starting point.’ Carlota was restless; wanted to know why he wants to see her. Rogelio confirmed with Carlota, Amparo & Desiree that Mauricio’s still alive & about the forensic report on the name list of casualties & that Mauricio’s name wasn’t in it. Carlota smiled, she knew it all along. Amparo smiled while Desiree face showed that ‘oh no, they’ve found out’ look…

Perez house: Salvador came over to see A. Maria as he needs to discuss about s/thing. A. Maria intimidated him by her seducing look & her smile.

Police Station: Pacheco calmed A. Eva down; seeing her nervousness. A. Eva’s confused why she’s not allowed to go back as if she’s a criminal. C. Diaz walked in & asked A. Eva to follow him. She stared at Pacheco.

Perez house: Salvador was trying his best to control h/self. It seems A. Maria was on ‘Cloud 9’ thinking about their 1st kiss at the mountainous area & that their conversation had been disrupted earlier on. Salvador quickly told her about the bad news; Juana’s needed to be at the police station for questioning. Azucena had overheard what Salvador had said & approached him… A. Maria swiftly stepped aside (don’t want her to know)… A. Maria & Azucena were shocked when he told them about the forensic report – Mauricio might be alive.

Police Station: C. Diaz led A. Eva to the lock up/prison… he wants her there until she tells him what he wants to know about Mauricio. She was not satisfied… wanted a lawyer. C. Diaz asked her to pray so that her nephew will show up… s/body will be responsible for his action.

Positivo/Maint Off Bldg: Maintenance supervisor scolded Ivan/Mauricio for not being honest, he knew about the 2 woman who saw him. Desiree suddenly pops in, told the supervisor that she needs to speak to ‘Ivan’ as s/thing important has arisen. She looked sternly at ‘Ivan’.

Perez house: Azucena & A. Maria chatted in the living room. A. Maria was taking care of Mariana. Azucena said ‘Mariana’s life for now is just eat & sleep, eat & sleep… too bad, things will change to a complication onces she grows up.’ Juana walked in; looking like she’s in a hurry over s/thing… A. Maria told Juana not to find excuses as they’d already know e/thing… then their doorbell rang… it was C. Diaz & his assistant… he’s there to arrest Juana for collaborating with a murderer. Juana was stunned; she looked at A. Maria while Azucena was shocked beyond words…

Positivo/Maint Off Bldg: The supervisor was mad, told ‘Ivan’ to pack his stuff & leave… Ivan/Mauricio thanked him for giving him work… Desiree said it’s best for them to leave soon & they left the supervisor, wondering who the ‘Ivan’ is…

Perez house: C. Diaz & Juana exchanged words; he knows she’s lying. A. Maria & Azucena denied his accusation… A. Maria openly remark C. Diaz that he had some hidden agenda in Mauricio’s case. Juana agreed to follow him but first she needs to feed Mariana. C. Diaz had to allow Juana breastfed her baby & will wait outside their house. He warned her to be careful with her action. After he left, Juana approached A. Maria to take Mariana…

De la Vega’s house: Carlota pushed Rafael while Rogelio watched…she’s bored with his stubbornness, & his disobedience. Rafael was screaming & said she’s vicious & will not tell her a/thing. Rogelio had a better way to coax Rafael with his ‘nice’ words… Rafael kept quiet but Carlota had no patience; wanted to know who the guy that’s staying with him… Rafael couldn’t stand up to their interrogation; he shouted & said that he was with his dad.

Outside: Desiree drove her car… Mauricio was beside her. Said she’d dream of being together with him… She then told him what had happened when at his house & that Rogelio now knew he’s alive based on the name list  of the victim that were perished in the accident. E/body knows now & they’re looking for him…

Night falls…

Desiree’s hometown/in a house: Mauricio sat on a sofa while Desiree approached him with 2 glasses of rum. Mauricio said it’s what he needs… She sat near him (on the low table)… Mauricio is worried sick with his family (Juana & Mariana). She warned him not to leave the place as the owner had set a curfew at where nobody gets out after dusk. Mauricio said he’s surprised to see how sly she is when she’s at her place. She said yes… as she was born & raised there. She ended up telling Mauricio the trauma she had to endure back then but stopped halfway… told him that she made sure problems will vanish forever, he doesn’t have to worry as he’s very safe there…

Police Station: C. Diaz locked Juana into the same cell as A. Eva… A. Eva calmed Juana; said sooner or later, C. Diaz will have to release them… C. Diaz said not until Mauricio de la Vega shows up.

Salvador ’s off: Salvador gave A. Maria a drink to calm her down. He closed the door & warned her to be careful of her words when in front of C. Diaz as he’s influential. He told her about the law. A. Maria wants 2 get a lawyer as her daughter’s been unfairly treated. She reminded him of Alejandro, Mauricio’s friend. She can call him a/time should she need any assistance.

Lock up/Cell: A. Eva told Juana what had happened when she was late in getting Rafael back. Carlota & the police were there at d hotel. She & Juana agreed that C. Diaz is an evil person, purposely arrested them as he knew Mauricio will resent.

Desiree’s hometown/in a house: Mauricio is not satisfied & restless… wished not to spend the rest of his life in hiding… he’s worried about his family… Upon seeing his misery, Desiree offered to help him by seeing A. Eva herself to know what happened. She doesn’t want him to leave for his safety.

Police Station/Salvador’s off: Manolito was with A. Maria. He’s not satisfied with C. Diaz’s harsh treatment towards Juana especially.

C. Diaz’s off: Salvador entered to speak with C. Diaz… he’s at his desk… Salvador expressed his dissatisfaction on A. Eva & Juana’s arrest. C. Diaz finally said that he wants Salvador off the case. Salvador was surprised.

Salvador ’s off: Alejandro entered… He greeted A. Maria & Manolito. He then asked why Juana & A. Eva has been arrested.

Desiree’s hometown/in a house: Mauricio is still restless. He’s worried about his family’s safety.

Police Station/Salvador’s off: A. Maria explained to Alejandro what had happened. Alejandro sought details…

Desiree’s hometown/outside: Mauricio walked down the stairs, a man followed him from behind… he confronted the guy & was told that he had been hired to watch over him. Mauricio wanted to make a call & asked for any phone card. They guy handed it over to him but warned him not to do a/thing stupid.

Rogelio’s apartment: Rogelio entered & saw Desiree’s brother ( I think his name’s Lubio) reading a magazine. Rogelio’s cell phone rang, it was C. Diaz. He updated Rogelio updated him about Juana & A. Eva’s arrest… Desiree’s brother eavesdropped. After his conversation, Rogelio informed Desiree’s brother to get his sister & not to tell him that she’s not there…

Police Station/Salvador’s off: Alejandro told Salvador , A. Maria & Manolito for his further action/steps as a lawyer to them.

Desiree’s hometown/outside: Mauricio was at the phone booth. He tried to get hold of Alejandro’s cell phone but couldn’t get through.

Police Station/Salvador’s off: Alejandro continued to discuss with them when suddenly his cell phone rang, it was Mauricio. Alejandro’s in a difficult situation couldn’t ‘speak out’ in front of them (A. Maria, Manolito & Salvador)

Lock up/Cell: Juana cried thinking about Mauricio; she & her baby can’t live w/out him. A. Eva told Juana to have confidence & faith in Mauricio. She knows it’s not ‘The End’ for them.

Police Station/outside Salvador ’s off: Alejandro talked to Mauricio on his cell phone. He told Mauricio about the bad news. Mauricio needs his help to negotiate with C. Diaz about his surrendering. He’s willing to surrender for his family sake & for C. Diaz to release Juana & A. Eva from the prison.

Salvador ’s off: A. Maria frantically walked to & fro… Alejandro entered & told them that he had just spoken to Mauricio & he needs a deal with C. Diaz.

Desiree’s hometown/outside: Desiree got back, she wondered why she couldn’t find Mauricio’s aunt. She bumped into 2 guys & she started asking what happened. They were nervous & one of them told her that Mauricio had managed to run away. Desiree sighs deeply.

Pub: All Positivo’s staff was having a get together… their faces showed a depressed look. Milady & La Bibi saw Humberto & a guy passed them. David doesn’t wish them to start a gossip about Humberto. Milady & La Bibi both turned their heads to look at where Humberto sits (both sensing s/thing not right).

Restaurant: Rene & Brandy were at a restaurant. He noticed Brandy had put on a gloomy face. Brandy was being honest with Renee; they will remain friends forever. Rene’s came prepared for that bad news…

Pub: Humberto approached his colleague & said he had heard them placing a bet about him. He informed them that they’re wrong & later on left when his ‘partner’ request to go back.

Rogelio’s apartment: Rogelio talked with Desiree’s brother. Desiree’s brother doesn’t like him taking advantages over weak people. Later, Desiree came in & saw them. Rogelio scolded Desiree; wanted to know who she was with… Brother defended Desiree when she was about to be slapped by Rogelio.

Police Station/Salvador’s off: Alejandro brought Mauricio in to the room… C. Diaz, Salvador & Manolito were there… Mauricio said he’s surrendering & wish Juana/A. Eva to be released.

Rogelio’s apartment: Rogelio & Desiree’s brother were in a fighting mood. Desiree finally shouted at them to stop. She asked her brother to sit in a room while she & Rogelio talk. She has to do it as Rogelio will keep on bugging her non-stop.

Police Station/Salvador’s off: C. Diaz praised Mauricio for volunteering to surrender. Mauricio insists in seeing Juana & A. Eva.

Cell: Juana & A. Eva were being released… Juana got worried as she knows the police could’ve found Mauricio.

Salvador ’s off: C. Diaz handcuffed Mauricio. Salvador & Manolito didn’t think it was necessary. Juana & A. Eva finally walked in… Juana embraced Mauricio…
