Alfredo managed to stop Carlota from killing Juana...
Carlota's parent were sick with worries of what she had done... Salvador
heads the investigation... later went to De la Vega's house 2 arrest

Hospital/Juana’s room: Carlota pressed on the pillow, not wanting to let go as Juana ferociously struggled to catch her breath. She accused Juana of being so cruel. Juana’s hand suddenly lay motionless…Alfredo came in & grabbed his sister to stop her from killing Juana. She told him to let go… both being stubborn…
Outside: Mauricio & A.Maria talked… unaware what happened inside Juana’s room. Both had reach mutual understanding between them. A.Maria shared a little bit info about her failed relationship. He assured her he’s not that type of person.
Hospital/Juana’s room: Carlota wriggled her way out from her brother arm. She wanted to finish what she started & determined to end Juana’s life for good. Alfredo forced her to let go but she couldn’t be bothered. She said, as long as Juana lives, her life would be destroyed. Somehow Alfredo managed to put the pillow away, covered Carlota’s mouth & dragged her out from the room. She struggled to break free but couldn’t… Juana was seen unconscious…
Outside: A.Maria was still talking to Mauricio… At the other corner, Alfredo was seen dragging his sister to a room…
Juana’s room: Juana suddenly awoke, screamed for her mother & tried to catch her breathe… A.Maria & Mauricio ran into the room to check… She was coughing violently & told them that s/body had tried to kill her by pushing a pillow towards her face. A.Maria comforted her while Mauricio puts his hand on top of Juana’s head… (some how this scene was in slow motion… I wonder why?)
Another room: Alfredo called Camacho to get ready & wait at the place he had mentioned earlier. He informed Carlota that she better come prepared for a good excuse to their father as he’ll be bombarding her when she gets back… Carlota’s arm was in pain when her brother kept on tightening his grasp.
Amparito’s house: Rogelio was feeling agitated by his wife’s constant babbling about Carlota. He told her to calm down. Alfredo called Rogelio & told him he had found her, trying to kill Juana. Rogelio asked him to bring Carlota, pronto… Amparito got even scared when Rogelio told what Carlota had done.
Outside Hospital: Alfredo walked down the steps dragging Carlota by the arm. They dug for cover when Manuel got out from a taxi. At the other side of the road, Camacho was inside a car waiting for Alfredo & Carlota to get in.
Manuel noticed a car on the other side of the road… a door was wide opened. Camacho puts his gun on the dashboard…
Juana’s room: Doctor told Juana that she needed oxygen for her & her baby. She then asked A.Maria & Mauricio to step outside as she wants 2 do a thorough check on Juana.
Outside Hospital: Manuel was about to head towards the car when she heard Salvador calling out his name… Camacho was getting nervous while Carlota & Alfredo ran the other way to get into their car. Salvador told Manuel what had happened to Juana. Manuel informed him of the suspicious car with doors opened wide. Salvador slowly approached the car.
Camacho seek their order to shoot at the police or not…
Hospital/Corridor: A.Maria & Mauricio argued slightly about what had happened. She was not satisfied with the lack of security. Mauricio suggested bringing Juana s/where else so that nobody will find her.
Outside: Camacho held on to his gun… nervous as hell… wanting to shoot. Alfredo suggested him to drive ahead & hit the pedal hard.
Juana’s room: Doc said e/thing’s alright. Juana can’t help h/self for being scared & couldn’t stay calm after what had happened… Doc said oxygen will help her feel drowsy so she can sleep peacefully… Juana touched her face, she reminisce the scene when she was struggling for breathe & cried wanting 2 know why would a/one want her dead.
Amparito’s house: Amparito argued with Rogelio… shocked about their daughter’s behavior & tried blaming e/other for being responsible. Rogelio is convinced s/body had talked her daughter into it but couldn’t quite grasp who could be the culprit. At first, Rogelio suspected that it could be Amparito’s father… she sternly denied it. She don’t want him to blame her family & if a/body who likes 2 do cruelty… a good fine example would be Rogelio. Rogelio told her to stop talking… he ‘cracked’ his head thinking who could it be?
Rogelio’s apartment: Desiree sat on the sofa… in the dark… She felt so guilty for not visiting her mother w/out being told to do so… She thought of her brother who’s in jail because of her. She’s so selfish & only thinks of her comfort, wealth & power… never cared for neither her mother nor her brother. She thought of Carlota who is ungrateful & never satisfied for what she gets… always at her expense. Desiree cried softly thinking of the unfairness…
Hospital/Corridor: Salvador told Mauricio what he saw outside… he couldn’t see who was in the car, only the car’s no plate but he suspected it could be a stolen one. He has double up the security & sees whether they could find any evidence. He’ll be on alert this time. He shoved an envelope to Mauricio & explained how he got it. Mauricio was shocked when he sees several pictures of Carlota with s/body… What Salvador eager to know is why his wife is with the most wanted crook in Caracas? Mauricio was speechless…
Amparito’s house: Rogelio scolded Carlota for acting stupid… Carlota defended her rights but was warned to not do a/thing crazy after that. Alfredo told Rogelio that Carlota was disguising h/self as a nurse to kill Juana & a doctor had seen her. Rogelio screamed at her daughter’s carelessness. Amparito asked Rogelio not to be aggressive with their daughter. Carlota blamed Alfredo for ruining her plan… Juana might be dead by now she said.
Hospital/Corridor: Salvador asked Mauricio to look closely if he remembered seeing the crook’s face. He said no… Salvador told him that the crooks were killed when he was about to cross examined them. This shows they’re quite close to s/thing… He thinks Carlota might know s/thing about it.
Hospital/Juana’s room: Juana was about to sleep with the help of her mother… soothing her with her sweet words while rubbing Juana’s stomach. Mauricio came in & interrupted A.Maria’s mission to make Juana sleep. Juana woke up & smiled at him & said Mauricio was the best oxygen that she needed. Mauricio bent to kiss Juana when Juana noticed A.Maria was still there… she felt
embarrassed… A.Maria excused h/self. Mauricio informed Juana that he needed to do s/thing 1st before heading back to his apartment to sleep. He said, Juana could always call his cell phone a/time should she need s/thing or just wanted to talk to him. He’ll wait for her call. They both said I love you to e/other.
Outside: Alfredo scolded Camacho for being so crazy enough to changed his car plate no in front of their house. Camacho had no choice. Alfredo told him that Rogelio wanted to see him after he’s done. Camacho lied when Alfredo wanted to dig information about Francisco Rojas. He avoided him & went s/where making that ugly face. Alfredo sensed he’s hiding s/thing.
Hospital/Corridor: Manuel spoke to Salvador about the incident… he confirmed that the plate was stolen 6months ago… He’ll keep a close eye on s/body… A police brought a nurse as she has s/thing important that Salvador needed to know… The nurse told him in detailed about an unidentified nurse wondering around & a doctor was very suspicious on her during an emergency. Manuel saw Salvador holding a picture contained Carlota’s face.
Desiree’s hometown: Rene paid a visit to Desiree’s mother bringing along Desiree as a surprise ‘dessert’ for her mother. She was overjoyed when Desiree came in & they both hugged e/other.
Hospital/Corridor: Salvador was frustrated when the nurse told him that the doctor had finished his duties & will be back the next morning.
Desiree’s hometown: Desiree poured all her guilt feelings towards her mother but her mother was very kind to her & never thought that she was the caused of e/thing… the pain & despair that she had to endure. Desiree asked about his brother… wanted to know how he was doing in the prison… Her mother said… he forbid her to visit him & wanted to be by h/self & die alone… They both cried thinking about it.
De la Vega’s house: Tania informed Mauricio that she hadn’t heard from Carlota… while Rafael is fast asleep… Carlota entered & Mauricio teased her. She was glad Mauricio showed concerned over her. She glanced at Tania & told her to leave them alone. Mauricio said he knows it was her work for causing Juana being attacked again. Carlota was taken aback at his remark…
Hospital/Juana’s room: A.Maria sat on a chair near Juana’s bed… guarding the night for her. Juana suddenly screamed… A.Maria approached & asked what was wrong… She said she sensed s/thing bad would happen to Mauricio… A.Maria calmed her down…
De la Vega’s house: Carlota pretended to be innocent about his allegation… She’s a highly educated person & had sacrificed a lot for him. Mauricio said evidence showed her otherwise… which she was seen with a crook… a professional killer… She accused him of making up stories to frame her… She quickly ran upstairs to avoid him but he tailed her from behind.
Morning came…
Prison: Desiree visited her brother… he looked shabby & messed up… (take a closer look at how her dressing/top… pretty revealing for a visit at a prison!)… Her brother gave a confused look at her.
De la Vega’s house: Mauricio advised Rafael about his studies… Carlota came down & demanded a kiss from Rafael before he leaves… After he left, Mauricio & Carlota continued to finished their yesterday’s conversation… Soon after, Tania opened the door to Salvador & his assistant… Salvador said he’s sorry… that he’s there to arrest her… Carlota was surprised…
Prison: Desiree sat near her brother… She couldn’t stop feeling guilty about what she had done to him… She begged his forgiveness for being so senseless, not being there when he needed her the most & overlooked at his sacrifices… Her brother was humbled & content as what his life had to offer as he had accepted his fate back then… He wished her not to bring up that subject…
De la Vega’s house: Salvador stated his reason… Carlota blamed on Mauricio for framing her… Salvador took out the handcuffs while Carlota tried to avoid from getting close to him… Mauricio can only afford to look at her, as he was sad to see her in that situation.
Police Station: Pachecho told the doctor to try & recognize the woman that he’s seen at that time. He asked him to wait & got out from the room…
Prison: Desiree said, she swears to make sure that his brother will be released from there soon & give him back his life that was stolen from him… They cried & hugged e/other.
Hospital/Juana’s room: Juana sensed s/thing wrong from the look that Mauricio gave to her. He told her what had happened to Carlota… She was shocked… He suggested that they leave & go s/where safe… She stared at him…
Alfredo’s office: Alfredo greeted & welcomed Francisco’s mother… He wanted to know what she & Rogelio discussed the other day… She looked the other way…
Hospital/Juana’s room: Juana was confused… He asked her to believe him because things have got out of control… She reminded him that she couldn’t move from the bed… He said, he will think of s/thing… She warned him of the consequences when Carlota is arrested, as they will be many that will support her… He had to be very careful with his life from now on…
Police Station: Salvador waited in another room with a tinted glass separating between them & the identification room… He told the doctor to looked closely & try to recognize the woman’s face that he saw at the hospital. Carlota was standing 2nd place from the right…
Alfredo’s office: Francisco’s mother was confused as to why he wanted to know… He told her s/thing & said that he’ll be the first to help her if she ever needs it.
Police Station: The doctor got very nervous & said he was not sure… Pachecho told him to take his time… Carlota was seen looking up the ceiling… bored…
Hospital/Corridor: Enriqueta was with Manuel… she was abit sad, as he didn’t inform her what had happened.
Police Station/Salvador’s room: Carlota was seated while Rogelio & Amparito came to see Salvador… Rogelio questioned the photos of Carlota with the 2 crooks… He denied that her daughter was involved in a crime… Rogelio was relieved when he was told that the doctor did not really recognize the woman’s face…
Outside the Police Station: The doctor got out & started to walk along the pavement… Camacho approached him & thanked him for keeping his mouth shut… He gave him more money… which he accepts it w/out question…
Police Station/Salvador’s room: Rogelio kept on defending his daughter’s innocence.
Rogelio & Amparito argued with Salvador for a while when Desiree entered the room… they were shocked to see her…
Desiree said, she’s there to give statement… Salvador & Pachecho were shocked… confused… Rogelio, Amparito & Carlota were not amused at Desiree sudden appearance… Desree looked at the picture & said that she was there with Carlota when the pictures were taken & knows what her business with that guy… (from our point of view… 2 things come in our mind… either she might turned against her or she will help Carlota & make it look like she’s a true friend…)
