De la Vega's
on holiday... Desiree wouldn't want to miss a chance to be with them... Rogelio found out
& got pissed off...

De la Vega’s house/living room: Salvador
bid Mauricio goodbye & left. At the same time, Carlota, Rafael, the nurse & the
maid came down the stairs. Carlota informed to Mauricio that they’re ready to leave.
She’s waiting for Mauricio to start their journey. Mauricio looked at them…
Perez house/living room: Juana told her mom that she met & talked with David’s
mother… its pretty obvious David’s mother doesn’t like her. Even though her
mother gave moral support to her, she they both knew that any mother would not like their
own son taking care of other man’s child.
Hospital/David’s room: A lady doctor came in… greeted David & his mother.
David told her mother that he wish to speak to the doctor alone. He nervously asked the
doctor whether his manhood would be affected by being a handicap. The doctor was surprised
at his question.
Enriqueta’s apartment: Enriqueta & Manuel was at the table. She was in a hurry 2
go to work. She told him that she’ll be back & not to wait for her. After she
left, Manuel have no idea what he can do to kill time… he figured, maybe he could
wash the dishes & even mop the floor?...
Hospital/David’s room: The doctor said she can’t provide any answers for the
time being but for his peace of mind… his other organs should be able to function
normally. David was feeling restless…
Enriqueta’s apartment: Manuel had done a few house chores & thought it should
compensate of him staying there. He’s getting bored & said that why should he be
doing house chores, he’s not a maid in her house… he quickly grabbed several
t-shirts & left the place.
Positivo/Meeting room: Armando & Enriqueta entertained the 2 representative from
Miami… they’d want to see if there are any updates for their magazines.
Enriqueta wants them to know that they are welcome anytime & consider Positivo’s
office as their 2nd work base in Caracas. The reps asked for Mauricio… Armando
carefully informed them that he had gone for holiday with his family.
Rogelio’s office: Camacho entered & smiled broadly… Rogelio was told by
Camacho that he’d finished his job. The tree had been planted to where it supposed to
be. They both smiled knowing that their plan is running smoothly, waiting the right time
for them to ‘pounce’ on Mauricio.
Positivo/Meeting room: The reps offered Enriqueta a job in the States as she was seen
efficient in her work but she declined it nicely. The reps were impressed to know that
everything is running smoothly despite the absent of Mauricio. As they continued to
talked, Desiree entered & happily informed the reps that Mauricio had given her the
authority to smoothen the magazine’s operation while he’s away. Desiree offered
herself to help them.
Rogelio’s office: Camacho told Rogelio in detailed what had happened while he was at
Mauricio’s cabin. He was relieved when Camacho said Mauricio didn’t catch him
there. He can trust him as he’s not stupid like what other people expected him to be.
On the plane: Carlota was looking @ a phamplet when Rafael (seated at the back of her)
informed that he’s not been on a plane before. Carlota said not to worry as & it
would not be his last time… she hoped they will go vacation frequently after that.
She smiled at Mauricio & lean on his shoulder. Carlota & Mauricio succumbed to
their thoughts…
Hospital/David’s room: Juana entered & saw David with his mother. David was not
in his good mood… He requested them not to pretend as if nothing has happened to him.
David’s mother couldn’t stand her son’s negative thoughts… she excused
herself & stepped outside the room.
Positivo/Ines table: Brandy gave Miami’s file to Ines. Ines gave Brandy some friendly
advice & told her to cheer up because she looked like half dead. Brandy said,
she’s having problem with Juana… can’t bear to listen or see to her a/more.
The plane touched down on a runaway: De la Vega’s family made quite an entrance to
their hotel… At the lobby, Carlota told the nurse that the hotel provide a lot of
children’s activities. She wants the nurse to take care of Rafael & to let him do
whatever he wants. Mauricio was told by Carlota that the hotel’s suite was not
available when she did the booking… alas she booked 2 rooms, one for the nurse &
Rafael & the other one is for her & Mauricio. Carlota asked them to follow her to
the reservation counter to get their keys.
Positivo/Meeting Room: The reps expressed their regret that their deal couldn’t be
closed as they need Mauricio’s signature. Desiree took the opportunity to quickly
assist them & said she can leave on the very same day to get Mauricio’s
signature. The 2 reps were stunned at Desiree’s drastic action while Armando &
Enriqueta looked surprised.
Positivo/Ines table: Ines & Brandy talked about Juana. While they were talking,
Desiree got out from the meeting room to inform Ines that she needs her to make a flight
reservation immediately, first class… including booking her room on the same hotel as
Mauricio’s staying. She went into Mauricio’s room while Brandy made that
annoying looked towards Desiree.
Caribbean - Margarita Island /On a beach (I think): Mauricio with his hat & sunglasses
sat with Carlota. She told Mauricio not to worry about Rafael & the nurse will keep an
eye on him. All they need to do is relax & spend some quality time together. Mauricio
agreed… she pulled out his sunglasses & his hat. She snuggled near him trying to
get intimate & what not..
Perez house/living room: A.Maria got back & saw Rosita ironing. She thought her mother
had given her house chores but insists that she volunteered to help out. Suddenly Manuel
entered the house & gave Maria to iron several of his shirts that had creased all
over. A.Maria was happy to see Manuel they hugged e/other…
Positivo: Armando & Enriqueta talked about their shock regarding Desiree’s weird
decision. They agreed that Desiree’s up to s/thing no good. Ines approached them to
inform that Desiree is at the airport.
Hospital/David’s room: David was being so unfriendly towards Aunt Eva. Juana got
upset as she’s fed up listening to his constant whining. Juana wanted to leave his
room but the doctor & her assistant entered with a wheel chair for David to try out.
David expressed his unhappiness the moment he saw the wheel chair.
Positivo: Ines was on the phone when Rogelio entered & asked Desiree’s where
about. Ines told him that Desiree has gone & assumed she’s on the plane to her
destination. Rogelio gave that stupid looked to her… confused & stunned to hear
what she had told him.
Hospital/David’s room: David & Juana argued as he was so hard headed & being
irrational. The thought of using & being on a wheel chair made him feel helpless &
undependable.
Positivo/Ines table: Rogelio didn’t quite catch what Ines had said; he saw Armando
& asked him about Desiree. Armando told him that Miami’s rep wants
Mauricio’s signature & Desiree has gone to get it… pronto!!
Caribbean - Margarita Island/Hotel’s swimming pool: Carlota was seen swimming happily
from one corner 2 the other… she had asked Mauricio to join her but he said later.
At the pool bar: Desiree was standing & eyeing at them closely. She hoped that he
didn’t think he can push her aside that easily…
Hospital/David’s room: David showed his stubbornness… made a lot of sad remarks
about the wheel chair. Juana had to reason with him so many times that he should not give
up while in a wheel chair. He finally kept quiet as the nurse & assistant prepared to
move him slowly from the bed.
Caribbean - Margarita Island/Hotel’s swimming pool: While Carlota’s in the pool,
she pleaded with Mauricio to join her. Her face changed when Mauricio said he was not in
the mood. The waiter came with their drinks.
From the pool bar: Desiree watched them… said to herself, Carlota can enjoy while it
last but not for long… She thought of surprising them but changed her mind & went
inside.
Positivo/Ines table: Rogelio got furious as he was not being called to attend or take a
look at the agreement as he has the right to sign on Mauricio’s behalf. He thought
Desiree shouldn’t be doing a/thing at all.
Perez house/living room: Manuel & A.Maria ate their mother’s meat pie. Manuel
really missed Azucena’s meat pie. They laughed & giggled at e/other. He wanted to
know how Azucena is doing… concerned about her.
Upstairs: Maria informed Azucena that Manuel is downstairs chatting with his sister.
Living room: A.Maria updated 2 her brother what Azucena is facing. At the end, they hugged
tightly & he bid her g/bye. After he left… A.Maria remembered herself that she
dare not inform him of the 2 thieves.
Positivo: Armando reported to Enriqueta about Rogelio. He assumed Desiree is trying to
steal Mauricio from Carlota. Rogelio was pissed off seeing Desiree chasing after Mauricio.
Rogelio’s office: Rogelio complaint 2 Camacho about Desiree. Rogelio was mad, felt
like ending her life there & then. Later, Salvador paid a visit to his office…
Hospital: Juana talked with Aunt Eva. Aunt Eva advised her to take another pregnancy check
up. She told her honestly that she doesn’t have enough money to do it there. Aunt Eva
told her not to worry as Mauricio had handled & paid e/thing from her monthly check up
right up to when she’s about to give birth. Juana was surprised.
Rogelio’s office: Salvador introduced h/self & told him he’s investigating
the attempting murder on his son in law.
Hospital: Aunt told Juana that Mauricio didn’t go on vacation w/out thinking of
Juana’s well being. Aunt Eva said, she was amazed at how Juana handled her situation
& feelings towards Mauricio… hardly can be found at such a young age like her.
They continued to talk until her name was being called.
Inside the checkup room: The doctor scanned Juana’s stomach 2 check on the baby.
Juana remembered her 1st checkup with Mauricio. The doctor confirmed that at 7months
pregnant… e/things fine & the baby has transformed perfectly normal. Juana smiled
& thought if only Mauricio is there to see their baby boy… (I thought it’s a
girl? I’m guessing she like to believe it’s a baby boy)
