Friday's episode... wow, what can I say, Juana & A.Maria got the shock of their life...

Hospital: Amparito thinks her daughter’s plan won’t last long. Carlota will pretend to be sick for as long as she necessary wants to steal Mauricio back. She is sure that sympathy & guilt is as strong as love. Her body aches all over & can’t stand to get out of the hospital. She further mentioned about needing her mother’s help to make the lady abort her pregnancy. Amparito gave a surprised look as her daughter was that evil to get what she wants.

Desiree’s mother’s house: Desiree’s mother was seating & praying for Desiree’s protection. The doorbell rang… she quickly went to the door hoping it was her daughter but it was Rogelio.

Hospital: Amparito asked her daughter whether she’s dead serious about her plans. She told her, the moment she saw Juana’s stomach, her anger’s temperature level dramatically rise. She just can’t bear to know that Mauricio’s flesh & blood is growing inside Juana’s stomach. Carlota demanded that the baby must not be born into the world. Amparito was afraid by the way she said it.  

Desiree’s mother’s house: Rogelio talked to Desiree’s mother… he’s smart enough to make him look like the good guy. She seeks his help to try & find her daughter.

Hospital: Aunt Eva was told by Mauricio that Rafael is allowed to go home. He would like Rafael to stay with him at the apartment as Carlota is still in the hospital. Aunt Eva felt so sad looking at Mauricio’s weary condition. He said he had seen Juana earlier that day.

Perez house: Juana along with her cute dog (this dog is the laziest dog I’ve ever seen – sleep most of the time! hehe) & David chatted at the living room. Juana wanted him to name her dog. A.Maria came & serve them juice drink. David mentioned to A.Maria that they’re going to go out & celebrate her return to the school & also to make fun at an old lady. Juana decided to dress up & went up to her room with A.Maria.

Hospital: Aunt Eva told Mauricio that she wants him to concentrate more on Carlota & Rafael. They really need his attention & to be by their side. Mauricio sought her help to take care of Rafael for a while.

Desiree’s mother’s house: Rogelio asked Desiree’s mother, why Desiree is not in jail. She told him, his brother has taken the blame for their father’s death. Her son, Wilmer is now in prison & not feeling well. She begged him to help find Daisy for her. With a smile on his face, he said he’ll help her.

Perez house: David surveyed Manuel’s t. shirt design, suggested him to be more creative as it will attract more tourist. A.Maria came rushing down the stairs & bid goodbye to Azucena. David saw A.Maria leaving, asked Azucena where she went. Juana came down soon after that, wearing a nice floral blue blouse. David approached Juana to compliment her look while Azucena & Manuel looked. He said, ‘Tonight I’m proud of you.’ Juana smiled.

Aunt Eva’s apartment: Mauricio entered & was surprised to see 2 traveling bags on the floor. He wondered who has put it there & his fear got into him as he thought of Desiree.

Hospital: Amparito asked her daughter to calm down but she wouldn’t listen. She asked her mother to pass the phone to her as she made a call to her house. Tania answered & was told that Mauricio did not come home since her accident had occurred. She was disappointed.

Aunt Eva’s apartment: Desiree (thick face) told Mauricio, she had packed her clothes & hope he didn’t mind sharing his drawers with her.  Previously she had stayed at Rogelio’s apartment as Carlota had thrown her out. She doesn’t want Rogelio to find where she is. She pleaded Mauricio to let her stay temporarily until she finds a place to stay.

Perez house: Manuel was on the phone with Enriqueta. He gave her excuse as Enriqueta would like him to stay at her apartment. She said – she’ll miss him. He said he’ll talk to her later. Azucena came out from the kitchen, saw Manuel & teased him for not going out this time. Doorbell rang, Azucena opened the door, and it was Maria. She wanted to discuss s/thing with her. Azucena told Manuel, she needs to go out for a walk & will be back soon. Manuel sensed s/thing amiss.

Aunt Eva’s apartment: Mauricio told Desiree that he had discussed the matter with Rogelio. She felt scared when he mentioned his name. She does not trust him a/more as she knows he’ll harass her. Mauricio said that Rogelio had expressed his interest & love towards her.

Drive Café: Carlos & A.Maria were seated at a table. She was surprised as Carlos had invited his friend & girlfriend to join them. A few minutes after that, David & Juana walked into the café. She was looking around as David talks about the ‘old lady’. David saw Carlos, greeted him while Juana walked ahead of him. She turned her head & looked at Carlos & to the woman beside him. She got the shocked of her life to see her mother was the ‘old lady’ that they’ve laughed about. Juana & A.Maria looked at each other – giving that ‘owl’ look.

Perez house/in the living room: Manuel talked to Salvador . He saw & asked him why he’s carrying 2 thick books with him. He said, he’s decided to further his law studies again & just got back from the law school. Manuel was happy to know that he has big plans for his future.

Drive Café: David saw A.Maria... he was confused to see her & the same time, trembled as he tried to absorb the shock. Juana on the other hand, mouthed opened as she was astonished to see her mother. A.Maria still didn’t quite catch what David & Juana’s bjzzare & peculiar reaction. Carlos was surprised as Juana said A.Maria is her mother.

Lili’s house: Azucena was told by Maria & Lili that Ramon had gone AWOL but his stuff/belongings are still around in the room.

Drive Café: David & Juana listened to A.Maria’s blunt remarks …she had met Carlos at the fitness gym. Juana rudely stared at Carlos giving that ‘who the hell do you think you are’ look while tapping her nails on the table. David sensed a very bad atmosphere & quickly suggested to Juana for a dance. She said, no.  A.Maria asked Juana, why she’s not enjoying herself. Juana got furious & instantly told her to go back with her.

Aunt Eva’s apartment: Mauricio & Desiree were having their dinner (pizza takeout I guess). She had admitted to him that Rogelio did try to seduce her. It all started when she was @ the party that was held by Mauricio… she had to go back with Rogelio as her husband, Francisco went missing. She wondered what had happened to him on that night. She insists she does not love Rogelio & the only person who knows that well is Mauricio himself. Mauricio was feeling agitated, excused himself to go s/where. 

Drive Café: Juana had a fierce argument with her mother at the table while David was as quite as a church mouse… didn’t know what to say as he was the person who had told Juana about his best friend’s true intention. Juana can’t stand with her mother, got up & left them. A.Maria chased after her.

Lili’s house: Azucena told them, she could not do a/thing as he’s not a small kid a/more & it’s not the 1st time he’d gone missing. Maria stressed to her that there’s s/thing wrong wth Ramon & that made her feel nervous.

Drive Café: Juana scolded her mother. She’s mad at her because she’s blind as Carlos was just fooling around with her. Juana was having doubt whether to tell her or not of what she knew. She ends up telling her mother the whole story. A.Maria didn’t believe Juana but she told her to ask Carlos himself.

Hospital: Carlota was on the bed while Amparito is so engrossed watching a soap opera. Carlota got the remote control & switched it off. She didn’t like it as the story is just like what she’s going through.

Drive Café:  Carlos told A.Maria that he’s young, has a lot of things to encounter & never thought of their relationship to be serious. Carlos remarks devastated A.Maria.

Hospital: Rogelio entered to see how his daughter’s doing.  She got mad as his father said she looks better. Amparito told her husband that Carlota is feeling nervous & maybe he knows where Desiree is staying. Rogelio stared at Amparito.

Aunt Eva’s apartment: Desiree was lying on a sofa with Mauricio’s shirt on her body. She was imagining how her cloth would smell like Mauricio’s odor. She’s so obsessed with Mauricio & thought that they’d make a good happy couple.

At the bar: Mauricio seated at the counter & ordered his usual drink. They lawyer that came to the officer earlier, saw & greeted him. They shift & seated at one cozy corner. He said to him, he was at his office to see Armando & Enriqueta. He congratulated on his success with Miami ’s joint venture. He further informed him; he had a serious discussion with David about an interesting case.

Perez house: Manuel told Salvador about his sister, A.Maria. A.Maria does not realize that Salvador is a nice person. Salvador told him that love can’t be forced & wish not to talk about it. Suddenly Juana, David & A.Maria entered the house. Juana & A.Maria continued to argue with each other. Manuel got up & asked them what the fuss is about. A.Maria said, there’s a problem, all guys are worthless!... A.Maria grabbed Salvador ’s bottle & drank like nobody’s business.

At a bar: The lawyer relayed what David had said to him regarding artificial insemination. He didn’t keep David’s promised, not to disclose it. Mauricio said, ‘yeah, what about it?’ The lawyer said… David wants to find out how he can stop a guy, who is the father to the child, from claiming his rights towards the baby that will be born soon. Mauricio was dumb stricken as to what he had just heard.

Perez house: Juana, David, Manuel & Salvador were worried to see A.Maria drinking alcohol non-stop. She forbids them to go a/where near her. Salvador tried to coax A.Maria but was told not to interfere with their problem. David gave that pity look at A.Maria. She stomped her way up & threw the bottle on the floor. Salvador , David, Manuel & Juana both looked at each other.

At the bar: Mauricio asked the lawyer what he had responded to David. The lawyer said, all David needs to do is to claim the right once the baby is born & it’s not reversible. Mauricio now see David is a step ahead of him, trying to ruin his life.

Hospital: Carlota asked his father not to hurt Mauricio in any way. He said, no… he has other ways to help her get Mauricio back. As for the 2^nd step, he’ll confront to all the staff at Positivo that he had made a mistake. Rogelio kissed her daughter’s hand & Carlota smiled. 

Perez house/upstairs: A.Maria didn’t allow her daughter to be near her. She went on & on, cursing her life, herself for being a fool & stupid to love such a person. Juana said, she’s not the only one who has failed to conquer love.

Downstair/living room: David explained to Manuel & Salvador what had happened. He had no idea that his roommate is having a relationship with Juana’s mother.     

At the bar: The lawyer sensed that Mauricio is disturbed by his remarks. Mauricio said, David like to meddle with the lady as she doesn’t love him at all. The sperm has an owner & the baby has a father. The lawyer asked whether he knew who the person is. Mauricio said… ‘Yes, it’s me laa’ I’m the father of the baby that the lady is carrying inside her stomach. The lawyer was taken aback.

Perez house/upstairs: Juana & A.Maria agued about making mistakes. The problem is that her mother is lonely w/out a man & desperate to find love.

Downstairs/living room: Salvador is very upset & disturbed at David’s story. Before he left, he said he needs to change. David asked Manuel whether he had said the wrong thing… Manuel told him… both of them (Salvador & A.Maria) had just woke up from a dream.

At the bar: The lawyer told Mauricio that he can do s/thing to counter strike David’s quest of stealing the lady away from him by asking the lady to take a DNA test just to be sure that the baby is his. Only then, no law in the world would be able to stop him from claiming his paternal right to the baby.

Perez house/living room: David was telling her s/thing while Juana stroked the puppy which looks like taking a nap (ps: the puppy looks so helpless than Juana). Juana said, when it comes to love… her mother faces nightmare & frustration. David seeks Juana’s confirmation about Salvador . She told him, Salvador likes her mother very much & had put a lot of effort but she took no notice of him. Juana does not understand her mother.

At the bar: The lawyer suggested Mauricio to get together with David & Juana to discuss & settle the soonest possible. The lawyer will do all he can to help him & will make them meet at his office.

At night/outside on a street: Ramon was seen walking aimlessly, looking like he’s lost. At the same time & path, Salvador had turned to the other direction. Petrica was with her friends, saw & called Salvador .

At the bar: Mauricio sat at the counter, drinking & started to talk to himself. How could David & Juana do this to him? He remembered the part when Juana & him, in the car heading towards Aunt Eva’s cabin. Juana had tuned up her favorite song. Mauricio was in near tears, trying to contain his deep sorrow.

'sólo a tu lado quiero vivir ... sin ti mi cielo se vuelve gris ...dime que hacer si no estás aqui...'
