The confused Juana, the restless Mauricio & the sorrow Manuel...

@ The bar: Desiree told Rogelio that they are not supposed to be seen in public as the bar is quite near to the office. Rogelio had to discuss s/thing to her. He doesn’t want his plan to back fires & he expects to be no surprises. Adolfo is in his hands & if she joins him, it will be impossible for Mauricio to pursue the business deal with the Miami’s representative. He asked her whether she’d cooperate or not.

Perez house: Juana explained to Azucena about why she intended to work in the first place. Her phone rang, Manuel was about to answer the call but she asked him not to. Manuel & A.Maria pleaded with Juana to continue & finish her studies. Later they both laughed, assuming Juana would be having a baby girl soon.

@ The bar: Desiree told him that he’ll only make her worry & bcos of him; she will end up with a mental pressure.

@ The hospital: Humberto was on the phone talking with Mauricio as he later passed it to Carlota. She asked him whether he would be coming over to see her. Mauricio said that he can’t as the shareholder’s meeting is about to start soon. He is happy to know that Carlota is recuperating. She thinks that she is but her head still hurts. She hoped he will come soon.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Rogelio, Desiree & Adolfo entered. Adolfo conveyed his sympathy for what had happened & hoped Carlota get well soon. Desiree joined & said the same thing. Rogelio cut them short; he can’t wait for the meeting to start as he’s restless 2 see the friendly atmosphere.

@ The hospital: Amparito told the doctor – ‘muchas gracias’ as he had relayed the good news about Carlota is slowly getting better. After the doctor left, Carlota quickly informed her mother that she had faked her condition to trapped Mauricio. She thinks it will be a waste if she didn’t use this opportunity to make her husband stay close to her.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Adolfo gave his opinion about the business deal as it was a good move. Rogelio stopped Mauricio from saying a/thing as he does not want to waste time. He wants them to vote immediately.

@ The hospital: Amparito was glad 2 see that she’s well. Carlota wants to discuss s/thing about why she faked her condition & had warned her not to tell a/body about it including her father.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Rogelio proudly inform them that he had voted & is against Mauricio’s plan. Desiree was the last person to cast a vote. She talked, kept looking at Rogelio & to Mauricio as if undecided. Rogelio was rocking the chair back & forth, waiting for Desiree’s answer. She eventually said that she agrees with Mauricio & his plan. Mauricio was surprised of what Desiree had told them.

Perez house: Azucena was watering her plants as Juana walked past her. She noticed that her blouse is a bit bigger than all her other blouses. Azucena smiled to see Juana’s stomach had grown bigger. Azucena was laughing in delight as she rubbed Juana’s stomach.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Adolfo congratulated Mauricio while Rogelio (looking like a daze animal) told them to wait; he thinks that Desiree had made a mistake. Desiree corrected him & repeats what she had told earlier. Rogelio got furious, got up & rudely left the office.

@ Fitness Centre: Carlos was looking at his paperwork. A.Maria entered his room & was happy to know that he was in… she went straight to him & kissed (censored by NTV7!!).

Perez house: Manuel wrote a list of what he needs to do for his new project on a notebook pad. He was in deep thought as the door bell rang. Petrica entered with her smiling face. Manuel instantly showed a sour face. She acknowledged it. Petrica told him that she was concern about him & his family.

@ The office: Alfredo was seen standing & one corner. Rogelio entered & showed his angry horrid face. He mentioned about Desiree. Alfredo on the other hand, widened his eyes - looking like an owl that hasn’t had a nap for so long.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Desiree tried to ‘butter up’ Mauricio as she slowly lured him & admitted what she did was wrong. Desiree told him the truth & that she has special feeling towards him. Before she left, she planted a kiss on Mauricio’s cheek.

Alfredo’s room: Rogelio told him what had happened. The vote was final & they can’t do a/thing about it.

Positivo/Desiree’s room: Desiree was seen with Rene. She was scared & had begged him to help her locate where Rogelio is at that time. At first he didn’t want to help her but was coaxed to do so when she mentioned it for the sake of the old woman (Desiree’s mother).

@ Fitness Centre: A.Maria was seen happy & giggling away with Carlos. Carlos was abit confused with her sudden change of attitude. Eventually, they kissed for the 2nd time (censored by NTV7!).

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Mauricio expressed his shocked 2 Enriqueta about Desiree & what had happened at the meeting. She was surprised to know that Desiree backed Mauricio. He said that Rogelio didn’t take it well.

Perez house: Azucena sweet talked Juana about her studies. Juana was feeling unsure about going back to school. She eventually agreed that she’ll do a/thing what her grandmother wants her to do. Juana told her that she needs to do s/thing… she wants to tender her resignation letter & hand it to the office personally. Azucena can’t do a/thing to persuade her not to. She got up & left.

Positivo/Desiree’s room: Rene reported his findings 2 Desiree. She asked him to monitor Rogelio & Alfredo carefully. Desiree gave him money & asked him to find out Rogelio’s movement. Armando entered Desiree’s room. She told him the good news… the company will be back on track & the deal is on with Miami’s side. He smiled from ear to ear.

At Ines’s table: Mauricio saw David. As if not satisfied, David tried to argue with Muaricio. He was not interested to create another ‘wrestling’ scene because he had brought up the subject of his employment. Mauricio leaves Enriqueta to deal with David.

Perez house – at the back garden: Petrica was seen helping out Manuel with his project. Azucena came over to give Manuel something to quench his thirst. Petrica took one w/out Azucena offering it to her. Manuel asked his mother for Juana’s whereabouts. She told him that Juana had gone to her office to tender her resignation letter alone. Manuel didn’t like it.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: David was talking to Enriqueta concerning his employment in the company. The only reason why he stayed on was because of Juana. Enriqueta & David had a disagreement; he will not make peace with Mauricio.

Positivo/staff’s area: Everybody had gathered to wait for Mauricio’s important announcement. Humberto approached his brother, Alfredo, to ask him about their father’s moody behavior. Mauricio made his appearance & said that he was grateful for their patience.

At the reception area: Juana entered & was quite surprised to see Dora was not at her place. She went further in to the staff’s hall & overheard Mauricio’s voice. She backed a bit & hides herself behind the door listening to his announcement.

Mauricio announced to his staff about their success & they shall continue the business deal with the Miami’s representative. Desiree was beside Mauricio, smiling as he mentioned her name for the vote she had contributed. In between the crowd, Alfredo was fuming with anger. At the same time, Juana recalled what Desiree had told her when they were at the cabin.

At the hospital: Rafael & Aunt Eva entered Carlota’s room. Amparito smiled & welcome them in. She was behaving pretty weird. Carlota was seen happy to see Rafael, hugged him while as she looked & smiled at her mother. Aunt Eva had sensed that something was not quite right with them being too nice.

Positivo: Popeye told them that the good news should be celebrated with drinks. LaBibi was annoyed at Desiree’s remark for them to work hard. Dora saw Juana as she was about to go back to her place. Juana cautioned her to keep quite as she continued to listen from behind the door.
Perez house: Petrica was about to leave but changed her mind when Salvador entered the house. Manuel & Azucena felt annoyed.

Positivo: Mauricio asked Desiree to follow him to his room. Juana followed them from behind w/out them knowing. Juana got the wrong impression as she thought Desiree & Mauricio are having a nice time in the room.

Outside/in a car: Rogelio was in a deep thought trying to think of s/thing to get even with Desiree. He told his driver to drive him to his apartment.

Positivo: Enriqueta saw Juana sitting on a couch & asked who she was waiting for. Juana wanted to see her.

Mauricio’s room: Mauricio warned Desiree to be extra careful with Rogelio as he is capable of doing a/thing sinister. Desiree seeks his protection should she be in danger. Mauricio will try to help in any way he can. Desiree was happy & knew she can count on him.

Juana followed Enriqueta to her office. She thanked her for whatever support that she gave towards her. She has decided to tender her resignation. Enriqueta was helpless as she can’t change Juana’s mind to continue working with them.

Rogelio’s apartment: Rogelio was feeling very restless as he could not wait for Desiree to get back. He scolded his driver for not updating him of Desiree’s secret. He told him to find out who Desiree was talking to & dig more information about what her secret that she’s hiding from everybody.

Positivo/Juana’s photo lab: Juana packed her cameras while she talked to herself. She was mad at Mauricio. She really liked working there but things have changed now. She was about to leave the place when Mauricio suddenly entered & they both looked at each other….
