Hmmm, another potential headache in the works? or an awesome upgrade?
I aquired these parts from a wrecked 1991 300ZX TT for an undisclosed amount of cash-olla.
So now here I am thinking how the @#$% am I going to get this to work?.
4 rotors front and rear from said mentioned 300ZX (I think these are shot, they are grooved pretty badly, but the wrecker wouldn't sell them separatly so....)
2 front 4 piston calipers in decent shape, 80 to 85% pad left on them, little surface rust. I'll rebuild these with a kit from Nissan.
2 rear twin piston calipers with e-brake brackets. great shape, 90% pad left.
The rebuild kit will cover all 4 calipers (tre' cool) the rotors are another story. I'll have to check them for min. thickness if I want to use them.
I've heard rumours that Audi rotors might work. Hmmm, stay tuned...
