Introduction

"This lesson was developed in the course Teaching with WebQuests , a course offered by the
 Teacher Education Institute ".
This WebQuest is designed for eight graders in a Physical Science course. The lesson objectives
include an examination of weather conditions in a local area and how a weather forecast is made.
Students will make predictions about the weather by tracking moving of air masses. Students will examine severe weather such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods.
