New Developments: 1/23/08

PLAYMAKER: Matt Ventresca is the newest member of popular St. Catharines Brit-pop/ska rockers PLAYMAKER, replacing departed guitarist John 'Tex' Pollard.
This means a slew of new Niagara dates (as well as elsewhere), so check back here for info on those shows. Although only on an interim basis, I am unbelelievably excited to be working with Eric, Chris and Mel.

NEW STUFF: I have also been doing a lot of writing in the past months and am hoping to lay down some tracks soon. The new material will included some acoustic material (versions of So Long, Babe Ruth and others) as well as a new acoustic song entitled Top Secret. These tracks will hopefully be polished up by early March.

As for a new album, cross your fingers for early 2009.

I apologize for the lack of updates and new material. Trust me, I miss this little corner of the universe as much as anybody, but academia is an unstoppable steamroller of doom.
However, I really appreciate the emails and well-wishing! Hopefully the Playmaker shows will be enough to satiate everyone (myself included) for the time being.
