Vegeta stood before the majestic oak door and smiled maliciously. This was his big chance to get rid of Dumbledore. He had to do it before he could be overthrown. If Dumbledore died, the return would be so much easier. But he shouldn't murder the man after he had done so much for him. No! He, Voldemort would conquer. But you are never here for me, never were, why should you conquer. I want to have a family, but you aren't there for me. I don't want to help you if you aren't there. NO! I DON'T WANT YOU NOW!!The door opened with Dumbledore standing above Vegeta, who was on his knees screaming. "Welcome, to my office. You came here I believe to discuss your father and a slight problem you have. When you are comfortable, would you please come in?" Vegeta looked up into the smiling face above him and was again filled with rage. He drew his wand and aimed it right at Dumblebore's chest. "Don't make me kill you, you-" Dumbledore just smiled and stepped out of the way.He halped Vegeta get to his feet. He held the door open and Vegeta slowly walked in hissing at Dumbledore. He sat in a chair, with his wand still pointing at the headmaster. His eyes were scarlet red, his face contorted and white. Fury was flowing through him. "I...want...out..." was all he could manage to say. "Vegeta, you have the same problem as Harry Potter-" "I WANT YOU DEAD! AVADA KE- NOOO!!" Dumbledore realized that this was more of a Voldemort style teenage rebellion, but he still planned to take care of the situation, somehow. And he needed to act fast, he didn't know how long they could hold out aganist each other.
Snape had just left the room when Malfoy ran to the middle and Harry met him there. "We have got to do something! Bulma is right, we will be less one headmaster, less a whole lot of students, and less a whole lot of time to get out of here. I may be a Voldemort supporter, but I would appreciate if there were a few more people around that knew Voldemort before he comes back full blast. We don't stand a chance if he doesn't like us, and Potter, that means you don't stand a chance." "I know, Draco. This can't be good. Vegeta said that he couldn't control it when he was weak, but is he weak?" Hermione jumped in along with Goku and Ron. "I'd say he is very weak, Harry. He was using Voldemort to make Goku here leave, and now, it is time for Voldemort to use him because he needs to spy. Fortunately, I think his time is running out, but then again, Voldemort is much much more powerful." "Yeah, I'd agree Hermione. He's only killed more people than we are old, combined. That doesn't even include his death eaters. He could probably permanetely possess Vegeta if he didn't think it would kill his only kid." "Hey, I think you guys are underestimating Vegeta. He's not a normal wizard either, and you guys need to understand that he does have his father's abilities as well." "Well, Goku, he may have the abilities, but he doesn't have the experience. If you want to beat the strongest wizard, you are going to have to be the strongest wizard." Then Harry got an idea. "Good point Hermione, and you too Goku. Don't you guys see? Vegeta is Voldemort, he is his son, and he is part of Voldemort, Voldemort is a part of him. Not to mention the scar, they are closely bonded, and neither want to go against each other. If Vegeta has enough will-power, he can convince Voldemort to wait until he can use his own body to come back. That way, they will be able too see each other again. I know it sounds bad, but they really do need to be reunited." The other four stared at him as though he had created the greatest epiphany ever. Draco smiled and muttered something under his breath. Hermione looked at him very deeply and realized that he felt in his heart what he had just said, and smiled at his thinking. Goku gave his grin and chuckled and Ron, looked like he had never been prouder. They all ran to their seats and a quiet applause filled the room. But they soon grew silent because they heard screaming next door.
Snape was furious, Bulma was scared, and they were both extremely confused. They had known each other, talked before on occassion, and seemed to be able to get along on a general basis. But this time, they had pushed the button too far. There was no way they could come to agreement without a bit of nasty shouting. But the room they had entered had an eerie silence about it. There was a fear over who would talk first, and both had determined that it would not be them. Snape had less patience though and decided to start the verbal war. Bulma prayed that this would not reduce to wand using, but clutched hers under her desk just in case. "How dare you start such a disturbance in my classroom?" Bulma looked him straight in the eyes. "I believe it was you who started the disturbance by making Vegeta mad. He seems to get easily angered by those that defy his father, Voldemort." She emphasized the last word intentionally, just to see Snape cringe. He did cringe, and that started the war. "I TOLD YOU NOT TO SAY HIS NAME! AND YOUR FRIEND VEGETA STARTED THE WHOLE ANGER PROBLEM, IT IS NOT MY FAULT I CAN NOT CONTAIN HIS TEMPER!" Bulma simply smiled and kept her cool. She planned to work on every last nerve of Snape before he could get to her. " If you had a father like his, you would definately have a change of heart." But that comment didn't make him angry, in fact, it made him sit in the chair behind his desk. He looked at her with the deepest pain she had seen in Snape. He was regretting something. "I did have a father like him, for three years, my father was him. Voldemort raised me after my father died in service of Voldemort. I watched the whole thing. And the hardest thing to see was Voldemort screaming at his friend to let him go save his best friend, my father, and he knew he would die if he went. He didn't care. To see power bow down to that kind of love is a change of heart, but to watch your parents die for their friend, it is also a change of heart." Bulma was hurt deeply by her rude comments. She wanted to apologize, to take back all that she had said. She could never do that though, even in the magical world, pain is still pain. "Professor...I'm sorry...I was wrong to be rude...but I don't want my friend to get hurt..." "That, is why I won't let you go." Bulma was in pain, but she loved the way he was so persistent and yet so defiant. She soon realized that Snape was a true guy that new what he was doing, but she didn't know what to do. She was anxious to leave, but scared to move. Darn Snape! Why did he have to have such a reputation, in both worlds she knew. He was by no means just going to let her waltz out and be a happy friendly guy with the idea she would just go back to her seat. She and he alike knew that her main objection was getting to Vegeta, he was not a safe guy. "Professor, can I please go-" He glared at her and she smiled faintly. He stood up after writing something and handed it to her. Then he silently walked out, leaving her behind. The letter read: Professor Dumbledore, I believe we have three students here who need to learn occlumency. You should know, and I also would appreciate it if you could teach them all a few stronger spells as well to counter the spells that would be easily used against them. Thank you,
Severus Snape
Bulma laughed out loud. Snape was quite strange, he almost sounded as if he cared in the letter. But somehow she knew that he was far more concerned about grading O.W.L.S. than he was about their safety. But there was something extremely different about him after he recalled that part of his life. He seemed to have an admiration for Voldemort again. Strange, had she just reignited the dark side of Snape, just proved that love runs deeper in the cold-hearted? Had she just helped Voldemort start the war over? |
