Alpha Angels Incorporated was originally formed in 1962 and gained it's
incorporation status in 2005. Alpha Angels Incorporated conducts all of its
programs, fund-raisers and volunteer efforts in accordance with the rules
that govern organizations whose tax status is 501 (c)(7). Being an
incorporated body, Alpha Angels Incorporated legally includes the following
list of previously established names of our organization:
Alpha Sweets, Alpha Sweethearts, A- Sweets, Alpha Angels, Alpha Hearts,
Alpha Sisterhood, A- Sisterhood, Angel Social Club, Ladies of A-Heart,
Angels Association, Angelic Wings, Ladies of Yellow Rose, Ladies of Black
and Gold (LBG), Sisters of Black & Gold, Golden Hearts, Golden Roses,
Yellow Roses, Ladies of Elegance (L.O.E.), A.A.I., C.L.E.O., I.C.I.S.,
I.S.I.S., Egyptian Queens, Brickhouse Inc., Ladies of the Sphinx, Alpha
Crystals, and Ladies of Essence (L.O.E.).
Using any of these variational names and/or any semblance of our
organizational structure, call letters, hand signs and the like without
being a recognized National Member of Alpha Angels Incorporated and/or
receiving expressed written permission is strictly prohibited and subject
to legal action.
