ABOUT MAHC….

The Midwest Arabian Horse Club was first organized in 1967 by a small group of Arabian horse owners.  We draw our numbers from a very large area in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Our meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month, with some exceptions, at a variety of locations.  If you like horses and the association of horse people, we invite you to visit one of our meetings and perhaps join our club.  You do not need to own a horse to become a member.  We only ask that you bring a love of horses with you.  Feel free to contact our officers for further information.  Besides our regular meetings, we offer informative programs, speakers & videos on horse related subjects.

We have a very active Youth Group and do many things as a club to help our younger members learn everything they can about taking care of horses and participating in horse activities.

Other activities our club participates in include: an annual open show, frequent trail rides, a steak cook out, parades, a Christmas party & annual club outings.
